Wow, hello? Is anyone still here? I doubt it🫣 Even I forgot about this account… But I’m back?!

I would love to start posting on here again, mostly for my own personal gain, as a silly little virtual book journal✨

When I first started this account I had just found my long lost love for books and now it’s been a couple of years and that love has only grown since. Same goes for my book collection, which as you can see has finally filled up my bookshelves!!
I’ve leaned a lot over these years. I figured out what book genres I lean towards, who my favorite book boyfriends are and learned the true meaning of yearning. You know, all the important stuff🤭 And so I guess this account will be me keeping track of my tbr, current read(s, plural because I cannot focus on one book apparently) and maybe reviews etc.? I haven’t quite figured it out yet, but we’ll figure it out over time.

Anyways, rant over. Sorry about that, but also get used to it?🤔

Lot’s of love - Jose 💌

Okay… Where do I start with this book?🫢

I was so excited when I saw this book in my local bookstore and couldn’t wait to read it, but sadly I was disappointed…🥲

I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️.5/5 and here’s why:

💔
- I did not like Bee very much (an understatement). She never let poor Levi speak when he just wanted to tell her that he loved her😩 And I know it’s always like this, but the: “oh I feel all warm and fussy in my chest - I have NO CLUE why” just makes me mad🤣
- (SPOILER): She doesn’t tell him how she feels in the end???? Hard pass
- Too many Marie Curie references…

❤️
- I LOVED Levi 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
- Honestly I feel like I could become a neuroscientist, from all the stuff I’ve learned from this book🤔 although I did not understand a single one of the chapter names
- the last 35 pages I ate right up🤤 the epilogue not so much..

Too sum up all my feels, it was a quick read with a lot of science and very cute and sweet book boyfriend! Though it all made me rage a bit and only got it’s extra 0.5 stars from the last 35 pages🫢 by @readingwithjose

I finished the twisted series… and I’m feeling both happy and sad🥲

Going into this book I thought it couldn’t top twisted hate, but I was proven very wrong! I really loved Stella and I reeeeaalllyyyy loved Christian🤤 I didn’t think I would, but man - he is just >>>

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 - I couldn’t ask for a better ending to the series! Their relationship was so cute, and I’d really thought Christian would be an ice man just like Alex, but he was so sweet🫠 Also loved the twists at the end🤯 + the epilogue was so cute.. I’m gonna miss them🥹

If anyone has read this series, dm me and let’s cry together because it’s over😩🫶🏼 by @readingwithjose

Some sweetness to go with the hate in this book🍰

Finished twisted hate anddd… I have a new favorite couple🫣
I loved Jules and Josh so much and I loved her back story and just everything🥹
Can’t believe I only have one book left in the series…

Second book down in the twisted series🫢

Surprise, surprise, I loved this one as well…
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5/5

Here are my main thoughts on the book:

What I liked🧡
- I really loved Bridget’s character she is so strong and fierce, yet vulnerable at the same time
- Loved the whole story line, it was indeed like watching a Hallmark movie, as they kept mentioning themselves

What I liked a little less…🫢
- Rhys reminded me too much of Alex… although they were different, they were kind of the same😪 especially in regards to sex and the whole “you’re mine” thing
- The story was a little too predictable, I won’t spoil, but I’d figured out a lot of it early on - ALTHOUGH it still threw for a loop about how the things I predicted played out 👏🏼👏🏼

But all in all I still loved it! It was a sweet and spicy book and you should definitely give it a read if you haven’t already!🫶🏼 by @readingwithjose
