Hi 👋🏼 I’m Rosie, welcome to my little bookish corner of the internet! 💕 I’m (clearly) very new to this but I✨ love ✨ reading. I grew up INHALING books as soon as I could read. Every school holidays I’d borrow the maximum number of books possible and smash through them, secretly reading under the covers and staying up to stupid o’clock. Like many others, I took a (huge) break from reading after school, with life getting in the way. In the last few years, reading has come back into my life in a huge way, thanks a lot to the explosion of romantasy. I’ve used books as an escape and coping mechanism to how hectic life has gotten. If you relate to any of my rambles and would be interested in getting book recommendations and following my reading journey - welcome to my page!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼 #booksta #romantasy #bookrecs #bookstagram by @readme.cbr
I’m so excited to be part of @ione_fantasyauthor ‘s street team for Moon Blood and support an Aussie indie author 🫶🏼 Moon Blood is book 1 in a dark romantasy duology releasing March 2027! ——————— Book description: Eira’s home is her prison. No one enters. No one leaves. In Ardori, the punishment for a woman wielding a blade is death. Eira and her older brother, Tilian, train in secret. A small rebellion against their narcissistic, self-sanctioned God, who brands his citizens with his ‘maark’. He seeks to control all, and he would succeed if not for the magical barrier keeping the kingdom imprisoned from the rest of the world. When hidden truths emerge, Eira discovers she is the only one who can move beyond the barrier and questions everything she’s ever known. Desperate for answers, she leaves her lifelong home to find the Seluna Tribe– an elusive group who worship the moon. Thrust into the unexpected company of the mysterious desert dweller, Harmi, and the enigmatic descendant of the Moon Goddess, Quill, she is quickly caught between two worlds... and two hearts. Faced with a series of impossible choices, can Eira make it back to Ardori in time to save her brother from an uncertain fate? Or will she be responsible for the demise of an entire civilisation? ——————— Tropes: 💜 He falls first 💜 Mentor x mentee 💜 Who did this to you 💜 Forced promixity 💜 Love triangle Street team applications are still open in the 🔗 on @ione_fantasyauthor ‘s page! #booksta #romantasy #bookrecs #bookstagram #streetteam by @readme.cbr
WHAT DO YOU MEANNNNNN I’m on @leenakazakbooks ‘s Street Team?!?!?!!!! I made some seriously questionable decisions when I read Between Tides & Thunder back in April this year, which consisted of staying up until 3am reading on a SCHOOL NIGHT 😵‍💫 So excited for what’s to come! —————- She was raised to hate him. Now she shares his bed. Princess of Mayah of Tundrayn isn’t allowed to want. Not freedom. Not love. Not even her own future. But when her father strikes a fragile alliance with enemy-kingdom Arbinj to crush a rising rebellion, she is bartered into a marriage she didn’t choose for a crown she doesn’t want. She expects a prince. She gets the Dark Commander instead. If you haven’t already read BTAT, send it straight to the top of your TBR! An enemies to lovers standalone romantasy which will have you saying “just one more chapter” until ridiculous o’clock. ALSO it’s available on kindle unlimited! Once you’ve read BTAT, then you need to go read Between Sky & Sea from the MMC’s POV too 👀 Thank me later 💁🏻‍♀️ #booksta #romantasy #bookrecs #bookstagram #streetteam by @readme.cbr
Like pretty much everyone else in the world, I read A Court of Splintered Harmony last week. I LOVED diving back into Prythian and the series that reignited my love of reading after such a big break. This was such a MESSSSSSY time, the Night Court is really going through it at the moment! I present to you, a SPOILER-FILLED emotional journey of reading ACOSH. If you haven’t finished reading yet, save this post and come back later to share your thoughts! #booksta #bookstagram #ACOTAR #ACOSH by @readme.cbr
Only 2 more days and The Guardians is out!! This is one of my Top 2026 reads so make sure to pre-order 🔗 in bio at @alys_mackay_writes! If you like dark fantasy where ancient gods awaken, forbidden power has consequences, and fate is something to be challenged rather than simply accepted, The Abandoned Gods might be your kind of world. There’s found family, shifting loyalties, sacrifice, immersive lore and relationships where attraction can burn hot and fast—but real love takes its time. And when it comes to love? The gods have little interest in human binaries or labels. Love is simply love. #theabandonedgods #bookstagram #forbiddenpower #godsandmortals #loveislove Character Art: LoneBirdArt @lonebirdart Emmeli Instagram: @emmeli.m @haileypuent.art by @readme.cbr
