🤠✨ Series Review | Chestnut Springs ✨🤠

Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆

The Chestnut Springs series completely pulled me into its small-town world. Cowboys, family chaos, heartfelt romance, and plenty of spice—it delivered exactly what I was hoping for.

One of my favourite things about this series was the Eaton family. The sibling banter, unwavering support, and moments that had me laughing out loud made every book feel connected. It was the kind of series where saying goodbye to the characters was harder than finishing the final page.

While not every book was a five-star read for me, the series as a whole was incredibly enjoyable. A few stories resonated with me more than others, but every book added something to the overall journey.

My rankings:
🥇 Heartless ❤️
🥈 Flawless 🐂
🥉 Reckless 🔥
4️⃣ Powerless ⚡
5️⃣ Hopeless 🌻

If you love:
🤎 Small-town romance
🐎 Cowboys
🌶️ Open-door spice
😂 Family banter
❤️ Characters you’ll get attached to

…then I definitely recommend giving Chestnut Springs a go.

Overall Series Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆

💬 Have you read the series? Which Eaton sibling stole your heart? 🤠📚

ARC Review🧡
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ / 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

This book! 10/10 recommend! This book pulled and mended my heartstrings! It was so beautifully written and the plot was amazing AND THE SPICE 😍

Both FMC and MMC’s development throughout the book was incredible. I gasped, I kicked my feet, I shouted Yes! And I shouted No! This book took me through all the emotions.

The revel of Bishops first name🤯
Bishop keeping the same ring for 15 YEARS🤯
The wedding night 🥵

So turns out making a game out of picking books can quickly get outta hand when the plan was supposed to only be getting Easter books for the niece and nephews and what was only meant to be 1 book for myself.

The rules:
- Aunty pushes the trolley
- Little boss instructs when to stop
- Carry’s out assessment
- Locks onto target
- Gets added to cart

Outcome:
✅ Easter books for kids
😬 6x books for Aunty

Decided rather then just winging it every months I’m going back to actually having a monthly TBR list because well… I’m incredibly indecisive 😅

So here’s my March TBR list! Thinking it was about time I enter my racing/ F1 romance era before my local racing season starts up again🏎️

Bookstagram Wrapped ✨
53 books read and my taste has officially evolved (slightly).

Romantasy took the crown this year — followed closely by dark romance, smut, sporty book boyfriends, and a little YA comfort reading.
If there’s magic, emotional damage, or a morally grey man… I was seated.

No regrets. No chill.
Already planning to read even more next year 📖💅

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Anathema — Keri Lake

Dark, gothic and utterly immersive. Anathema draws you into the haunted world of The Eating Woods, where Maevyth Bronwick and Zevander Rydainn fight fate, curses and creeping horror — all while a slow-burn romance crackles with tension. The atmosphere is moody and magical, the stakes high, and the emotional payoff deeply satisfying. Totally worth a read if you crave dark fantasy with heart.
