FROM THE PAGES TO THE BIG SCREEN 🎬📖✨

We read it. We discussed it. We had our theories… and then we got to watch it all come to life together. 👀

Our Read the Vibe private screening of Verity was one for the books. 🎞️ From filling an entire theater with our book besties to hearing everyone’s reactions in real time 😂 this is exactly why we love this community so much.

What started as a book club has turned into experiences, friendships, and memories we’ll never forget.

Thank you to every girl who came out and made our first private movie screening so special. 🫶🏼

How are we supposed to act normal about this?! 😭📚

Seeing this many women gathered together because of a little book club we decided to start will never not be crazy to us. 🥹

We wanted a space to read books, make friends, and experience a little more girlhood together… and somehow it became THIS. 🤎

Saturday was filled with conversations, hot takes, laughter, new friendships, familiar faces, books, bingo and so many little moments that reminded us exactly why we started Read the Vibe.

Thank you for continuing to show up and make this community what it is. Whether Saturday was your first meet or you’ve been here from the beginning, we hope you always feel like there’s a place for you here.
There’s always a seat for YOU at our table. 🥹📚🤎

Until the next chapter… ✨

OCTOBER’S BOOK HAS ENTERED THE CHAT 🍂📚

We had to make this reveal a little extra special. 🤭

During last night’s meet, our first Book Bingo winner won a mystery book purchased from @bloomwildbookshop
The catch? Nobody knew what book was inside the bag, including our winner!

She came to the front, pulled it out the gift bag very slowly, and revealed our October read to the entire group for the very first time…

𝘼𝙎𝙆 𝙁𝙊𝙍 𝘼𝙉𝘿𝙍𝙀𝘼 𝙗𝙮 𝙉𝙤𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚 𝙒. 𝙄𝙝𝙡𝙞 🖤🍂

it’s officially time for the rest of us to start reading!

I found @readthevibebc on TikTok, and took a chance by RSVPing and showing up without knowing anyone! I found my #BookTok community and I am beyond blown away by this amazing event they put together to discuss #Verity by @colleenhoover

The next book has been selected! I cannot wait to dig in to the next read of the month.

The secret is OUT. 👀📚🌿

Read the Vibe is so excited to welcome @bloomwildbookshop to our September book club meet! 🤎🌿

One of the things we’ve wanted to bring more of into RTV is exactly this… more books, more experiences, more ways to connect, and more opportunities to support local businesses in our community!

On September 19, Bloom Wild will be popping up with their mobile book cart for our members to browse + shop throughout the evening. 📚✨

And because we couldn’t stop there…
👀 Our NEXT Read the Vibe pick will be revealed that night, with a few copies available to purchase from Bloom Wild!

We are SO excited for this one and even more excited that this is our first bookshop collaboration. 🥹

SEPTEMBER 19 • WHITTIER, CA
More details + RSVP coming soon. 🤎

August chapter: My Husband’s Wife 🗝️🍷
One very full table, one very twisty book, and one of our favorite nights yet

Little details from the night ✨ custom clips, themed decor, and all the tiny touches that made this one feel extra special

Bookmarks made for each of our girls 🥹📚
Huge thank you to @dianaruiz2722 for creating these bookmarks for Read the Vibe — such a sweet keepsake from the night AND @mymy_33 for the much needed cutesy socks from @kbell_socks 🧦

Our biggest meet yet, and somehow it still felt warm, intimate, and full of good conversation 💌

SEPTEMBER CURRENT READ 📖🖤

This month we’re reading (or rereading 👀)
Verity by Colleen Hoover.

Some of us read Verity a couple years ago, some will be experiencing the insanity for the very first time 😂 — but with the movie hitting theaters October 2nd, we HAD to bring this one back.

Whether it’s your first read or your reread…
Team Manuscript or Team Letter? 👀

Read with us this September and get ready because obviouslyyyyy we’re doing a Read the Vibe movie night once it hits theaters! 🎬🍿
