You can't win at business or life by thinking and not executing.

53% percent of people actually act on their good intentions. Looked it up because I wanted to know if it was just me...

Most of us are walking around with a mental list of 'shoulds'. Then life starts lifing and none of it sticks.

See, the 'should' is not tied to anything.

Over the last few years, I implemented something a little different: if X, then Y.

If it's Sunday, I'm spending one to two hours reviewing the week and planning the next one. If I walk in the door at home, I'm leaving work behind. If it's 4:30 a.m., I'm getting my ass out of bed.

Not willpower. Just trigger and a response... decided in advance.

Small action, repeated, informs your identity... you BECOME.

What do you use to go from thinking to doing? by @realryanlang

My friend and corporate wellness advisor to EMPIRE @wendycooperwellness asked me recently: "Do you ever take a week of recovery?" Answer: Not like most people. For me, I feel completely off base, incongruent, and physically sluggish when I am not moving intentionally. Does that mean I'm trying to burn it down every single week of every single month? Hell no. That's not sustainable. What it does mean, however, is that purposeful movement happens every single day without fail, no exceptions.

The point of all this, though, is not my fitness routine. It's the fact that I actually had someone who asked me that question, because most don't. Honestly, as an entrepreneur, founder, and CEO, I think that's an absolute travesty.

What Wendy has done to help us have more awareness around our time, our energy, and our true holistic wellness has made a massive difference in my life and in our business as a whole. If you don't have somebody asking you these types of questions, holding you accountable to living your best life so that you can build your best business, you need Wendy ASAP. taken in Tampa, Florida by @realryanlang

$10M a year. Zero pipeline.

Brook asked our client "C" what his pipeline looked like.

His answer: "What are you talking about?"

So every slow week, "C" stared at his bank account like the sky was falling... and his brain went full saber-toothed tiger. New offer? New funnel? Rebrand??

Nope. The money was already sitting in conversations he'd started and never tracked.

Brook had them both pull out their iPhones and set up a shared note. "C" logged every conversation, scored each prospect A through D, and put a dollar value next to every name.

Brook calls it "vibrational escrow"... deals that are planted but haven't sprouted yet.

But, hold on… this isn't a tracking tool. It's a psychology tool.

When you can't see what's coming, you live in scarcity, walking into follow-up with commission breath that people smell a mile away.

When you’re clear, you live in opportunity and abundance. Follow-up stops feeling like chasing.

"C" is on pace for 50-60% more this year.

Stop closing. Start guiding.

Instead of building or buying another shiny object… get clear on your pipeline. If you don’t have one, start having more meaningful conversations.

Comment WIP and I'll send you the exact tracker we use with our clients. by @realryanlang

We never wanted a mastermind…

Brook and I were running a boutique consulting firm, helping 7-8 figure companies scale. Then some coaches started pushing us for something better than what they'd already paid for.

We said yes. Over a year later, doubled down and said yes again.

I'd love to say it was some kinda brilliant strategic call… nah.

We were pissed off.

Everywhere we looked, elite coaches, consultants, and practitioners (people whose work actually changes lives) were getting their asses kicked in business.

Killer month, then crickets. Grinding for mediocre results. Some built to 7-figures on a one-legged marketing stool and watched it all come crashing down.

So, ya. We were pissed. Still are. It’s why we do what we do.

If you're fantastic at what you do but the business (and the life) doesn't match… DM me "PISSED" and let's talk about whether we can help. by @realryanlang

@realryanlang said something in this episode that stopped me in my tracks, you can never connect the dots looking forward, only looking backward.

Give yourself grace. What feels like a misstep along the way is usually the greatest teacher you will have.

This would be the biggest failure of my life...

Every morning, I sit down with my daughters. We read a passage, answer a journal prompt, and anchor into an affirmation from Jim Kwik's new book, 'Limitless Daily.'

Ironically, the book started as daily messages Jim wrote for his own kids... a legacy of insight for a future where he wasn't in the room.

Last week someone asked me my "why" behind this ritual. My answer: "I spend my life obsessed with bringing forth the highest version of others. Missing the chance to have that impact on my daughters would literally be the biggest failure of my life."

So we're doing this together... one page at a time... for the rest of this year, minimum. The high-achiever in me wants all 365.

Your personal brand isn't your website. It's your energy, your model, and the human behind it all.

@realryanlang and @nataliehunterlive break down the three-part framework that drives everything at personalbrand.com: the brand, the business, and the being. The brand is what people see, the paint job on the outside. The business is the engine underneath, the model that makes it go. And the being? That's the person who's actually got their foot on the gas.

All three have to be in place. You can be energetically aligned with no business model, or you can have a great model with nothing real behind it. Neither works alone.

Watch the Path To Mastery Podcast and learn what it takes to build a brand that creates real, lasting impact.

People don't just need someone to talk to. They need someone who can actually shift their energy.

@realryanlang and @nataliehunterlive talk about what the next era of leadership and transformation is going to demand. AI can already produce polished marketing copy. What it can't produce is real human-to-human connection, and that's exactly what people are starting to crave.

A palpable energetic shift. The kind of transformation that only comes from a skilled human who knows how to hold the space and move the energy.

Catch this conversation on the Path To Mastery Podcast and understand why human transformation is becoming the most valuable thing a leader can offer.

There is an actual skill to helping someone change their behavior. Most leaders skip it entirely.

@realryanlang and @nataliehunterlive break down what most leaders do instead: they tell people to do something differently and expect it to stick. But behavioral change in humans involves multiple components, and when a leader understands that process, they can ask the
right questions, give the right guidance, and unlock the next level in someone with far less resistance.

The leader who understands how to move people forward with skill, not just authority, is the one who builds teams that actually perform.

Watch the Path To Mastery Podcast and discover what the behavioral change process actually requires from a leader.

Most leaders don't lose their vision all at once. They lose it slowly, while looking outward.

@realryanlang and @nataliehunterlive speak to one of the most common and quiet leadership breakdowns: the moment when the grind takes over and the mission starts to blur. Natalie's answer isn't a strategy. It's a practice of turning inward first, reconnecting not just to the vision for the company but to your personal purpose within that vision.

Human nature pulls the eyes outward toward distractions and problems. Real leadership requires the discipline to look inside first.

Tune in to the Path To Mastery Podcast and learn how to recalibrate when the vision starts to fade.

The team isn't the problem. You're looking in the wrong direction.

@realryanlang and transformational leadership expert @nataliehunterlive go straight to the root of why most leadership interventions fail. Leaders come in focused entirely on what the team is doing wrong. But at the end of the day, the team's energy and performance almost always trace back to one thing: the leader's own energy, skill set, and vision. The work starts inside.

Until a leader is willing to hold up the mirror for themselves, the team can't change.

Listen to the full conversation on the Path To Mastery Podcast and discover what it really means to lead from the inside out.

My most explosive growth has always come in rooms with people that stretch me.

We just wrapped up Path to Mastery Live. 3 days in Fort Collins. Coaches, leaders, and business owners from all over the country in the same room.

The biggest shifts came in the quiet conversations in the corner, the walks from Edwards House to dinner. The moment an elder statesman inspired somebody earlier in their journey to believe that bigger successes were available to them too.

That's what the right community does. It raises the bar towards levels you never thought were possible.
