@realryanlang said something in this episode that stopped me in my tracks, you can never connect the dots looking forward, only looking backward.

Give yourself grace. What feels like a misstep along the way is usually the greatest teacher you will have.

What if…

What if you embraced your purpose and calling over what’s “safe”?

What if you decided to go bold instead of choosing caution?

What if…

What if it works? What if that one decision changed your life? What if the thing you’re most afraid of is the thing you were most made for?

For too long I allowed myself to play small, play cautiously and play scared. No more. Last week I got to do a presentation to some of MY heroes…titans like @cheri.tree @hrhuntsman @esther_wildenberg @brookthebishop1 @realryanlang @marieg605 @melissavonmusser @casa_vira_ @ethan_i_guess17 @jen.santaniello @talia_riser @greatness_instigator @willakammerer
…and the doubt and fear were screaming…

“Who are you to speak to them?”
“What have YOU accomplished?”
“What makes you think you belong in this room or deserve to speak here?”

It was loud and it caused my stomach to sink. And then…and then I told that voice to shut up. I swallowed my doubt and stepped out in confidence and delivered because WHAT IF…

What if this changes something for someone?
What if what I have to say needs to be heard?
What if THIS is what I was made for?

Why not me? Because of my past failures? They taught me. Because of my past trauma? It forged me. Because of my lack of speaking experience? Only one way to get more experienced.

Now it’s your turn. What if on the other side of fear is everything you want and have dreamed about? What if one decision changes your life?

What if…

People don't just need someone to talk to. They need someone who can actually shift their energy.

@realryanlang and @nataliehunterlive talk about what the next era of leadership and transformation is going to demand. AI can already produce polished marketing copy. What it can't produce is real human-to-human connection, and that's exactly what people are starting to crave.

A palpable energetic shift. The kind of transformation that only comes from a skilled human who knows how to hold the space and move the energy.

Catch this conversation on the Path To Mastery Podcast and understand why human transformation is becoming the most valuable thing a leader can offer.

There is an actual skill to helping someone change their behavior. Most leaders skip it entirely.

@realryanlang and @nataliehunterlive break down what most leaders do instead: they tell people to do something differently and expect it to stick. But behavioral change in humans involves multiple components, and when a leader understands that process, they can ask the
right questions, give the right guidance, and unlock the next level in someone with far less resistance.

The leader who understands how to move people forward with skill, not just authority, is the one who builds teams that actually perform.

Watch the Path To Mastery Podcast and discover what the behavioral change process actually requires from a leader.

Most leaders don't lose their vision all at once. They lose it slowly, while looking outward.

@realryanlang and @nataliehunterlive speak to one of the most common and quiet leadership breakdowns: the moment when the grind takes over and the mission starts to blur. Natalie's answer isn't a strategy. It's a practice of turning inward first, reconnecting not just to the vision for the company but to your personal purpose within that vision.

Human nature pulls the eyes outward toward distractions and problems. Real leadership requires the discipline to look inside first.

Tune in to the Path To Mastery Podcast and learn how to recalibrate when the vision starts to fade.

The team isn't the problem. You're looking in the wrong direction.

@realryanlang and transformational leadership expert @nataliehunterlive go straight to the root of why most leadership interventions fail. Leaders come in focused entirely on what the team is doing wrong. But at the end of the day, the team's energy and performance almost always trace back to one thing: the leader's own energy, skill set, and vision. The work starts inside.

Until a leader is willing to hold up the mirror for themselves, the team can't change.

Listen to the full conversation on the Path To Mastery Podcast and discover what it really means to lead from the inside out.

I got the yips.

I was a baseball player who suddenly couldn't make a routine throw. Nothing was physically wrong. More practice made it worse.

The block was never in my arm. It was in my subconscious.

So I went to work there instead. I started hitting home runs after seeing them in my mind. I installed a my 2.0 identity then signed a Division I scholarship.

Then I spent years in the advertising space with nine-figure brands. And the higher I climbed, the more this work got valued. Rooms full of people who agreed it was the highest-leverage thing you could do.

Not one of them had a way to install it.

That's the gap. The education is everywhere. The installation is nowhere. When people actually work this, it works. Most never get that far, because they get stuck in education and awareness.

So I built the 2.0 install. Vision Espresso isn't about talk...its about implementing.

We do this with entrepreneurs, sales teams and sports teams, because your business only grows to the extent your identity grows. You are capped by your subconscious programming. Raise that ceiling and everything under it moves.

Once your 2.0 identity is installed business, sales, and confidence shoots through the roof...quick.

We've had entrepreneurs hit their 1st $100k month or even their next 6 figure client in a matter of weeks.

We've had sales professionals hit records and grow their commissions by 71% in 30 days

Because when you elevate to 2.0 you...everything else follows

Sometimes you have to leave your bubble to become a bigger, bolder, more badass version of yourself.

I tell my kids this all the time: surround yourselves with people who elevate you, push you (in a good way), and believe fiercely in you.

Over the last five days, I’ve been in a room with those people—people who aim for extraordinary, not just for the fun and adventure (though that’s part of it), but because they want to impact humanity in the most awesome ways.

I aim to do the same by coaching men and women on how to create their comeback stories after loss. But I walked into that room feeling small and, if I’m honest, a bit out of my element.

But those are exactly the rooms that remind you of what’s possible. Of the impact we ALL can make.

Those are the people who, when they tell you in front of the entire group that you’re not just a mom, but a light warrior meant to heal all who cross your path, you cry (or sob) as you feel that truth on a soul level.

Those are the amazing humans who hug you and say, “Why not YOU? Why not now?” and remind you to “go live big, girl.”

You pull back your shoulders, rise to their level, and say:

I will.

Thank you, Empire Partners, for always bringing the knowledge, the motivation, and the magic.

How many outreaches did you make today?

@realryanlang and @brookthebishop1 break down the sales activity metrics that actually move the needle: calls, text messages, DMs, and warm emails sent out proactively every day. Because counting sales engagements daily, weekly, and monthly is what tells you if
your pipeline is actually being fed.

The activity you track today is the revenue you’ll see tomorrow.

Don’t miss the Path To Mastery Podcast to know exactly which sales activities you should be measuring every single day.

As a business owner, your emotions should be hooked to the numbers you actually control.

@realryanlang and @brookthebishop1 break down why so many business owners run their entire business on how they feel, and why that’s a losing strategy. Just like what Brook learned from his mentor: judge yourself on the calls and connections you make, the things
fully in your control, and your state and your results will follow.

You have got to get good at taking action in spite of how you feel.

Watch the Path To Mastery Podcast and stop letting outcomes run your emotional state.

Most of us have no clue if our numbers are actually good, bad, or indifferent.

@realryanlang and @brookthebishop1 expose the ostrich mindset, avoiding your numbers because you already assume the worst.

The stories we attach to our metrics? They’re the ones that convince us we’ve failed, when in reality we rarely even know what the benchmark should be.

But clarity beats perfection every single time.

Catch this episode of the Path To Mastery Podcast and learn why knowing where you actually stand changes everything.
