sry w/ all of the halloween graphics im having too much fun ahaha- anywaysss this is such an important conversation with OCD. it can attach to things you love and care about most. people with OCD can be the most caring, loving, selfless people ever, intrusive thoughts go against who you are and your morals.

OCD can be challenging in some of the most “exciting” times of the year
I am living proof that your mind can change!! Halloween now is my favorite holiday and I used to (and it still comes back sometimes) not even be able to enjoy Halloween or even think about it, you can recover!!
