As of early yesterday, I am thrilled to report that we’ve sold out our booth!! 💥A HUGE Congrats to @pareerohera on her successful NY debut and a heartfelt thank you to everyone who stopped by and are continuing to support me on this new chapter with @realtime.247 ! 👼🏻

Congratulations to @trevorpwarren on his monumental solo exhibition!! Hard to believe that “Three Falls Pass” was just about a year ago (last slide). It is a pleasure to see how Trevor’s work has evolved and continues to expand.🌀Presented by @gladwellprojects , Trevor Warren’s solo exhibition, With Two Eyes, is on view now through June 14th. Located at a vacant warehouse on 130 Bay St. , @gladwellprojects took over 6 floors of the building, presenting 6 artists, 6 solos. Thank you @ine_kimba for sharing these beautiful moving works. Everyone should make time to visit ASAP! Photos don’t do these works justice.

Alex Kerr (b. 1989, Norfolk, Virginia) is a Los Ange-
les-based visual artist whose work explores the interplay between performance, identity, and artifice. His work is steeped in dramaturgic symbolism—the harlequin, the vanity mirror, the mask—recurring motifs that question the boundary between authenticity and illusion. Utilizing disquieting color, layered patterns, and distorted spatial perspectives, Kerr investigates the tension between visibility and concealment, self-expression and deflection, ultimately transforming familiar objects and scenes into uncanny sites of existential inquiry. He received his MFA from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2022 and his BFA from Georgia State University in 2015. taken in Los Angeles, California by @realtime.247

Madeleine Leplae is an American painter born in Biarritz
France. She received a BFA from the School of the Art
Institute of Chicago in 2017 and is a current MFA can-
didate at Virginia Commonwealth University. Madeleine
has been in multiple group shows including Andrew
Rafacz Gallery in Chicago IL, Carrie Secrist Gallery in
Chicago IL, Left Field Gallery in Los Osos CA and a recent solo exhibition at Cleaner Gallery in Chicago IL. Her work is included in New American Paintings issue 143 and in the upcoming MFA issue. Born in 1981 in Washington, D.C. Joey Frank is an artist
and sometimes astrologer or semiotician who lives and
works in Brooklyn, NY. He earned his BA from Brown
in 2005, and has since participated in exhibitions and
performances in Los Angeles, Zurich, Istanbul, and New
York, including Peas and Carrots, a recent collaboration
with Daniel Kent at Orgy Park. Frank’s artistic practice is unbound by preconception or any presumed demarcations between the varied media and conceptual bases that shape his work. Known for sculptural assemblages, painted and photographic collages, and sonic installations, Frank’s artmaking is eclectic, and so too is his work beyond it, including art writing, criticism, and the production and assistant direction of Sundance Grand Jury Prize and Best Documentary Cinematography winning ‘Manda Bala’ (Send A Bullet). taken in Los Angeles, California by @realtime.247
