Nobody warns you about these before you move to Cleveland. 😅

I’ve been selling real estate in Northeast Ohio for over 30 years, and every one of these rules is field-tested truth.

Cleveland doesn’t hand you a welcome packet. It hands you February and lets you figure it out.

None of this made it onto any “moving to Cleveland” checklist I’ve ever seen. Consider this the real one.

DM me “CLEVELAND” if you’re actually thinking about a move here — I’ll send you the real neighborhood breakdown, not the Zillow version.

💾 Save this before you say something embarrassing to a local.
📲 Send this to anyone moving to Cleveland (or dating someone who won’t stop talking about the Browns).

Which rule did you learn the hard way? Drop the number. 👇 (We won’t judge. Okay, a little.) by @realtormcvey

POV: you checked the weather app four times today and it lied every single time.

Welcome to October in Ohio, where you need a parka at 8am, regret it by noon, and your porch pumpkin is rotting while you’re somehow STILL emotionally invested in the Browns.

Which one are you? Confess in the comments.

11:33 PM text. Not a booty call. Just someone up past their bedtime because the AI brain I built them finally lets them park every genius idea instead of losing it to the void.

I'm not saying I'm the AI plug of the realtor world. I'm just saying this is what my inbox looks like at midnight.

Your 2 AM anxiety spiral called. It wants a parking spot. I build those.

Your AI is only as responsible as you are. Here are my 9 rules for Realtors using Claude — the same ones I teach in AI to ROI. 🤖

Don't skip #9. It's the most important one.

Save this, send it to an agent friend, and drop your number below — which one hit hardest? 👇 by @realtormcvey

Cleveland agents - I’m teaching LIVE next week and lunch is on the house.

Join me Wednesday, October 21 for “Artificial Intelligence in Real Estate: Enhancing Consumer Service Through Claude AI” at the ACAR office in Broadview Heights. Lunch at 11:30, class noon to 1, in person only.

One hour, real skills: using Claude for client communication, educational materials, and market summaries your clients will actually understand - plus the Fair Housing, confidentiality, and ethics guardrails to keep you safe while you do it.

You’ll walk out using this the same afternoon. 1-hour CE credit. Spots are limited - registration link in bio!

Today in Chicago — I am teaching TWICE at Future Forward Business and Networking Conference! 🌆

🔥 Session 1: Firing Your Tech Stack
If you are paying for 12 tools and only using 3... we are going to fix that.

🤖 Session 2: AI to ROI
Real ways AI turns into actual closings, not just cool demos. You will leave with stuff you can use from your chair.

Come learn, come laugh, come say hi — I will be the nerdy one talking automation.

Are you at Future Forward? Drop a 🙋‍♀️ below!

Manifested this stay for YEARS and the Ohio House Motel understood the assignment. Mid-century funky on the outside, sparkling clean and dangerously comfortable on the inside - I almost didn’t leave the room. Portillo’s is basically my neighbor and the whole city is walkable from here. It’s street level, so bring earplugs and thank me later. Solo travel, but make it iconic. #OhioHouseMotel #Chicago #SoloTravel #MidCenturyModern #WorthTheWait by @realtormcvey

I flew to Salt Lake City to teach a breakout session and I’m coming home with a pile of new followers, a few nerdy AI buddies who actually want to collaborate, a lanyard-shaped dent in my neck, and a swag table problem. 🏔️

To every new follower and fellow AI nerd who stopped me in a hallway, an elevator, or a bathroom line: I did not act normal. I got full-on nerdy, because I AM nerdy, and I still can’t believe how lucky I am to jam with you.

Let’s keep building things together. Also, someone bring me hotel coffee and one more lap around the swag table.

Which one would you miss most? Tell me below 👇

Chicago, I’m coming for you, and I’m bringing a plan to fire your tech stack. 🌆

I’m headed to Future Forward to see so many of my friends, grow my business network, and kick off Q4 teaching two sessions:

🤖 AI to ROI
🔥 Firing Your Tech Stack

You’ll walk away with tools you can use while you’re still sitting in your chair, and long after you’ve left it.

We’re also getting honest about what ROI can look like in a real estate business. It’s not all about the Benjamins. (Okay, it’s a little bit about the Benjamins.) Time, sanity, and fewer logins count too.

Come learn, come laugh, and come say hi. I’ll be the one getting way too nerdy about automation. 💸

Who’s going to be in Chicago? Tell me below 👇
