For a long time, I wondered what legacy would look like.

I don’t have children of my own, but somewhere along the way, I realized that legacy isn’t only found in the family we create…it’s also found in the lives we help shape.

For over two decades, I had the privilege of walking alongside thousands of young artists as they discovered who they were. I was entrusted with their dreams, their fears, their triumphs, and their becoming.

And in return, they became one of the greatest gifts of my own life.

There is something profoundly humbling about being remembered not only for what you taught, but for how you made someone feel.

Proud is far too small a word.

My heart overflows with gratitude for every soul who crossed my path. If I’ve left a piece of myself in each of them, they’ve left something equally sacred in me.

Maybe that’s what legacy really is.

Not what we leave behind…

But the love, belief, and presence we carry into one another’s lives that continues long after we’ve parted.

Buffalo recap.

Perhaps every flight is a prayer in motion.
The moment our feet leave the ground, something within us softens. We instinctively turn toward God, praying for safe departures & gentle landings. We become more aware of the sacredness of life - more present, more grateful. Our hearts naturally turn toward the people we love. We give thanks for all that has been while quietly holding space for all that has yet to unfold.

Maybe that’s what flying has become for me. After 8ish years of traveling solo, it has returned me to what matters most. It has reminded me that life is precious, that love is worth praying for & that faith often asks us to trust what we cannot yet see. by @rebs_gle

Birthdays have become far more sentimental for me over the years. There’s something emotional about being seen across time… by people who knew different versions of you, people who witnessed your becoming, people who still think of you, hold love for you & take a moment to reach back into your world.

The older I get, the more I realize how sacred that is. Life moves so quickly & birthdays now feel like a quiet pause to take it all in… the beauty, the grief, the growth, the love + the absolute preciousness of being here at all.

Feeling deeply grateful for this weekend. Hands down the best birthday I’ve ever had. Thanks for celebrating me @felicia_bryantpfalzer

Not really a New Year-new me girl but I felt called to share where my hearts been!

I took all of 2025 to rearrange, transition, eliminate + release. It took a full 12 months to tend to my nervous system - to grieve, integrate & embody (feel) all that was moving through me.

This year invited me to loosen my grip on timelines, identities, relationships, environments, work + versions of myself that no longer fit the woman I’m becoming. I released people, patterns & dreams I once believed were forever. And in that letting go, something quieter & more sacred took shape. I saw which connections were rooted in presence & which were fueled by ego, performance, or control. Without force, those misaligned energies simply fell away. Thank you God 😉 I deeply listened to my body… I softened where I once armored. I allowed grief, desire, rage, devotion & surrender to be felt + metabolized, rather than pushed away.

Most people will never understand the depths I’ve gone to in order to meet who I’m meant to meet. And I don’t need them to. That’s the beauty of unraveling & embodying truth -
you stop needing to be validated or seen by those who haven’t yet learned how to see themselves. Even if my life looks wildly different from most 45 yr old women, I trust where I’m being led. I know this path is guiding me toward the timeline I’ve been creating NS capacity for.

2026 isn’t about proving anything.
It’s about receiving. Living in alignment with what feels true in my cells!!!
