Sarasota Women! Join us June 26th for our second women’s Pilates retreat with horses at STEP Farm for a grounding morning of presence, connection, sound & strength. We will begin with arrival from 9:15-9:25, followed by a warm meet & greet with our horse leader and handlers. From there, we will be introduced to the herd and learn how each horse likes to be approached, groomed, and gently petted. Shortly after, we will head into the pastures, where Velvet Core will provide mats for our practice. Together, we will settle into a short grounding ceremony, breathwork & a sound bath while the handlers remain nearby and the horses graze peacefully around us. This is such a special part of the experience, as the horses naturally offer a deeply grounded, calming, and regulated energy that invites us to slow down, soften, and come back into our bodies. From that place, we will begin our Pilates session, starting with a standing strength +,alignment segment and moving into work that focuses on lengthening, toning, strengthening, and aligning the body. This retreat is designed to help women feel supported, connected & deeply present in themselves. Please wear comfortable fitted clothing. You’re welcome to keep your sneakers or boots on for the session. Traditional & non toxic bug spray will be available. Date: June 26, 2026 Time: 915am arrival 930am-12pm Location: 1615 Verna rd Sarasota FI Price: $100 pp (direct dm to register or use Eventbrite link $116.15) 40% goes back to STEP Farm & Horses Photo credit: @sota_creative https://www.eventbrite.com/e/pilates-horses-sound-sarasota-fl-tickets-1989655932454?aff=oddtdtcreator

Thank you to every woman who arrived with an open heart to receive the wisdom of the land, the gentle presence of the horses & a deeper connection back to themselves. There’s something so grounding about being in the presence of horses… they invite us to slow down, soften, deepens our breathe & return to the body in such an honest, natural way. Felicia and I thank you for trusting us, for sharing your energy & for being part of such a beautiful experience together. It felt really special to witness women slow down, connect, soften, receive & simply be present with themselves, the horses & one another. Thank you @sota_creative for capturing the magic of the day!

Grateful to be hosting our second event together here in Sarasota 🤍 It’s been so special combining our creativity to create meaningful experiences for women in our community. We both genuinely love bringing people together, creating spaces that feel inspiring, welcoming, and fun, and watching new connections form through community. Together with @velvetcorepilates , our goal has always been to create intentional experiences where women feel seen, included, connected, and part of something bigger. We truly hope every woman who attended felt that energy and left feeling welcomed and inspired. We truly believe there is so much beauty in women supporting women, encouraging one another, and using our gifts and creativity to pour into others. We’re so excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to share the future events we’ve been working on this week ✨ Thank for these beautiful photos @sota_creative 📷

Today was healing in every way imaginable 🐴❤️ Horses Nature Movement Breath Connection Thank you @velvetcorepilates for creating such an intentional event at STEP today, it soothed parts of me I didn’t even know were in need Ps. S.ensuality looks like self plezure and it also looks like feeling the beads of sweat and bugs on your skin as you listen to your breath & heart match the rhythm of the horse in front of you How did you come to your s.ensual senses today?👇🏽😍 #woman #feminine #healing #horsegirl

Words tend to flow better for me when I have time to sit with my experiences & actually write them out versus trying to speak them in real time… & this is truly what I wanted to bring into the space today. Today felt really magical. In 25 years of hosting, curating, producing, teaching + guiding events… this was the first experience where I didn’t personally know every woman walking through the door. And honestly, there was something so beautiful about that. To witness new faces arrive, soften, move, connect, breathe, laugh & trust us with their presence felt incredibly special. Thank you to every woman who showed up today, not just physically, but energetically. Thank you for trusting me, trusting the work + trusting the space, horses & staff. It truly means more than you know. I also found myself emotional during the opening briefing because I realized how deeply meaningful it is to be building this alongside my niece, Felicia & wanted to take the time to share this bit…For the last 25 years, she has been beside me through conventions, performances, productions, events, long days, stressful moments, creative visions & all the moving pieces in between. She has always shown up. Always supported. Always helped carry the vision. And now, to be creating together, in Sarasota, in this conscious chapter of our lives, feels incredibly full circle. What’s beautiful is that although she’s younger than me, I’ve always seen her as a leader. There’s something about her presence, her steadiness, her heart & the way she naturally guides people that I’ve always admired. In many ways, she has guided me too. So thank you, @felicia_bryantpfalzer for believing in me, building with me, supporting me, + helping bring these visions into reality with so much love. Today felt like the beginning of something really special. Thank you Hallie with @sota_creative for capturing our special day & thank you Suncoast Theraputic Equine Partners for believing in us & holding such beautiful-safe space for us!
