Some trainings end when the core teaching ends. You receive a certificate, and after that you are on your own with it.

I had an incredible experience this week and last week debuting my new program Neurogenic Tremoring for Manual Therapists & Bodyworkers (NTMT) for groups in Budapest, Hungary and Braşov, Romania. I have worked hard for the past 6 months developing this material and I could not be more pleased to see how readily physiotherapists, osteopaths, craniosacral therapists, and massage therapists “got” how incredible it is to treat our clients with neurogenic tremoring as a powerful collaborator on the table. I’m blown away by everyone I met and the experiences we had together in these 8 days!

There are two ways to complete TRE Provider Certification with Neurogenic Integration. Same certificate, different structure.

The self-paced route is open year-round, with monthly live classrooms and nine one-to-one calls along the way. The October Live Online Cohort runs on fixed dates from October to April, with the same group throughout — applications close 4 October.

You work the tissue. You release the fascia. You address the structure. And your client leaves feeling good — for about 48 hours. Then it comes back.

Tension isn't only structural. The nervous system has a say in how much the body can absorb from your work. When it's stuck in a protective pattern, the tissue keeps re-guarding — no matter how skilled your hands are.

The body already has a mechanism for releasing those patterns: an innate, involuntary tremor process. Practitioners who integrate it often find releases go deeper and clients stop fighting the work.

That's what the new 4-day training covers — the therapeutic application of neurogenic tremoring, for practitioners who already work with the body.

"It doesn't feel to me like they're safe. Yes, it moves..."

The pelvis can be tremoring beautifully while the face says something else — eyes fixed open, or a small constriction in the brow. Noticing that takes real subtlety.

Asking directly often gets a yes, because an area that's still numb has little to report. So instead: stop the tremoring, slide the legs down, notice. Start it back up, notice again. Two or three rounds, and awareness starts to return — I felt better with my legs down.

That's not the practice going wrong. That's sensation coming back, one small titrated step at a time, with the person themselves as the one who decides what they feel.

What it is: a 4-day training in the therapeutic application of neurogenic tremoring, designed for manual therapists and professionals who already work with touch.

Who it's for: physiotherapists and physio students, manual therapists, craniosacral therapists, osteopaths, doctors, Trager® practitioners, massage therapists, and other body-oriented professionals.

Do you need prior TRE experience? No — a basic manual skill set and practical experience in a body-oriented profession is what matters.

How is it different from TRE certification? The focus here is integrating neurogenic tremoring into manual therapy, on the treatment table.
