I had an incredible experience this week and last week debuting my new program Neurogenic Tremoring for Manual Therapists & Bodyworkers (NTMT) for groups in Budapest, Hungary and Braşov, Romania. I have worked hard for the past 6 months developing this material and I could not be more pleased to see how readily physiotherapists, osteopaths, craniosacral therapists, and massage therapists “got” how incredible it is to treat our clients with neurogenic tremoring as a powerful collaborator on the table. I’m blown away by everyone I met and the experiences we had together in these 8 days!

Massive gratitude to @craniosacral_romania and @agnes_katona_balancedyou for hosting, collaborating, and assisting me in this global launch!
And thank you @saary.eszter for your support too!

There are two ways to complete TRE Provider Certification with Neurogenic Integration. Same certificate, different structure.

The self-paced route is open year-round, with monthly live classrooms and nine one-to-one calls along the way. The October Live Online Cohort runs on fixed dates from October to April, with the same group throughout — applications close 4 October.

"It's a self-help practice. Once you know how to do it safely and you can self-regulate, then you can practise for life."

Anna is one of our TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) trainees, and this is how she describes what drew her in: "something that I personally have found so incredibly beneficial and transformational. And I don't say that lightly." Her words, her experience.

What she keeps returning to is how little known the practice still is in so many circles — and how accessible it is once you have it. No appointment required.

Now she's working out how she'll share it more widely, bringing together the two things that steady her most: the sea, and tremoring.

Curious where your own training might lead?

"It doesn't feel to me like they're safe. Yes, it moves..."

The pelvis can be tremoring beautifully while the face says something else — eyes fixed open, or a small constriction in the brow. Noticing that takes real subtlety.

Asking directly often gets a yes, because an area that's still numb has little to report. So instead: stop the tremoring, slide the legs down, notice. Start it back up, notice again. Two or three rounds, and awareness starts to return — I felt better with my legs down.

That's not the practice going wrong. That's sensation coming back, one small titrated step at a time, with the person themselves as the one who decides what they feel.

"I'm actually working with its capacity for pulsation."

If the movement is only ever big, the question becomes: how might we invite something softer, deeper, quieter? If it's only ever soft and deep, how might we invite something bigger?

Not because one is better than the other. Because a body that can do both has options — and can reach for whichever one it needs, whenever it needs it.

That back-and-forth is the artistry. You don't interrupt a body that's moving well. You do stay curious about what it hasn't found its way to yet. 🌿

Strong tremors that move the whole body sit at one end of the range. Movement so fine it's almost invisible — felt from the inside, unnoticeable from the outside — sits at the other. Both belong.

When a body only ever produces big movement, it may be finding release closer to the surface while deeper layers go untouched. When it only ever produces fine internal tremors, something is keeping the structure — arms, legs, neck — from joining in.

The word for the whole span is pulsation. A living body has room for the delicate and the strong, and everything in between.

Which end of that range does your practice tend toward? We'd love to hear.
