Just a crazy mug from my latest batch. I wasn't sure the color combo was going to work but then everyone seemed to like it. ❤️💛
...Its definitely Bold 💥
To create the mug, I applied the red @wizardglaze gloop over underglaze in droplets as tiny as I could manage, and it produces a really cool bumpy texture! Thanks to @texasplantcollective for showcasing the technique 👌✨️

Happy Valentines Day 💝
Here's some of the steps in making these slipcast ceramic heart box forms. ♥️ Pouring the molds is the easy part, but then there's lots of cleanup on the casting to make the lines smooth and the pieces fit together. Its extra hard for box forms. Next time I would pour them thicker, so that I won't get as much warpage and the fit will be better. Every ceramic piece is a lesson ✨️
Thanks for tuning in to my series this week, its honestly been hard to post something every day. Its not that I'm not making or that I don't have anything new, its just hard to find the time to photograph anything. ✨️
Peace everyone

Last Heart Box in this series! I was going for early 90s colors with this one, in fact I think i had a fanny pack that looked exactly like it! 😆
⚡️ This is the only one that came out a little sharp 💎 but its because I did some thick underglaze and it peeled up a bit as the gloop gathered itself together 🩷💙🩵💛💚
I do fire at cone 5 so maybe a design like this is better fired at cone 6. I definitely slathered it on!
