Nobody gets better in comfortable.

I woke up at 5am this morning making every excuse to stay in bed. Too tired. Too early. Too easy to just skip it.

Holds teammates accountable: a leader who sets high standards and makes sure the standard is met. He expects a lot, calls out mistakes, and makes sure everyone is doing their job the right way.
History- One of the fitst leadership behaviors identified by leadership research from the 1950’s. It was called structuring leadership or task oriented and began with also began with the Michigan and Ohio State leadership studies.
