Our miracle babe arrived Earthside via our sacred belly birth on 09.09.2025.

There are truly no words to describe becoming a Muma. It’s been 6 weeks of A LOT. Deep rest, slow integration, and soaking in the sweetness of our gorgeous boy.

I’m gently coming back to reality.
My body is healing, my back pain is frustrating, I have oncology appointments to make, a new protocol to create, yet he is here, perfect in every way and my heart is overflowing.

I want to say the biggest thank you to everyone who has made this transition such a beautiful one. Your kindness, generosity, and support have been beyond helpful. It truly does take a tribe, and we love you all so much.

For those who have reached out and I haven’t yet replied, please know your love is deeply felt, and I’ll get back to you in divine timinggg ✨

The spectacle of child birth is such a quantum leap that my appetite for everything else for a couple of months or so has been shelved.

I have no clear words or clever expressions to describe the experience other than it is a sea change moment, an eye-opening realisation of what it means to be a father.

Reality has never felt so shifted. The remit of my loving devotion has entered into the realm of incomprehensibility.

Time is elusive and for the moment is not my own as we combine in force to support the rising of our Sun.

Holding Jessica and supporting Koa has revealed itself as my greatest challenge. Both inwardly and outwardly. Aspects of my old-self are awakening to the incomprehensibility of this gloriously unknown event as I approach it with joy, excitement and trepidation.

I have taken the decision to honour the fourth trimester and maintain limited communication to soak and absorb these wonderfully fleeting moments.

Thank you for being patient with us and we apologise if our mutual silence has caused natural concern.

You will be seeing us soon!

Amigos. Amigas. I did a #BIG thing!

Now this is no ordinary thing; it's an opportunity to redefine who I am being, and how I choose to create my-future-self.

.....I completed my first half-marathon! 13.1 miles. 21 kilometers. 01:51:34.

For as long as I can remember I have enjoyed the challenge and difficulty of endurance running, however I never considered it to be something I'll commit to–until this year! The endorphin rush it generates does something difficult to describe, which is not exclusively felt by me.

This all began with #RUNDAY. The concept of RUNDAY was created in a 1:1 container mid/late 2024 with a client who aspired to get fitter and create a healthy habit in the process. What started as something small manifested into a lifestyle. What began with no end goal now has multiple.

To #dohardthings is to embody the necessary courage to face difficulty with the will to follow-through; we as a #species are historically woven to this way of being on a quantum level.

I am committed to doing more #halfmarathons. I am committed to doing a #marathon. Likely more than one. I am committed to my development in all spheres and cylinders. I am emboldened to have met this edge, and following this experience the quest continues to do more hard things.

I MUST acknowledge my people for showing me incomparable support. The #contributors, #sponsors and #supporters, I thank you immensely. @runthroughuk for hosting a glorious event. @elesha_turner @samuelgeorgephotofilm for the travelling 4-hours to be with us. @en3rgyiseverything for always being the voice that centres my focus. @xjemstonesx333 for being my inspiration. And finally to all of you for your encouragement. Unforgettable.

All in all #RunforaCause was a phenomenal success with the fundraiser exceeding the target of £1,000. #ThankYou

#I don't claim to be an expert, just someone who has an interest in the elephant in the room.

I don't claim to be directly affected by this elephant in the room, just someone who feels the impact through others.

I don't claim to have an answer to resolve this elephant in the room, I just have the emotional capacity to empathise with this social epidemic.

I don't wish this outcome upon anyone, I just want to express the felt and ever-growing impact I have experienced through personal connection.

I don't believe the increasing number of these tragedies needs to continue to rise, I just want to share functional methods and ways where we may begin to see it decrease.

I don't see why I can't take a stand for those who are conflicted, I just want to use this as an opportunity to see what I can do.

I don't wish for this post to be #misunderstood, I just feel called to publicly acknowledge the elephant in the room.

I don't feel the elephant in the room is by no means a shameful thing to address or #feel, I just want to appreciate the beauty within every struggle

#WE don't want to see our fathers, sons and brothers fall before they've had their chance to grow, we just want to see them have the support they need...

If you are having a difficult time, up against it or struggling with life myself and others are here to listen, to support, to learn and to serve.

Amigos × amigas I am running my FIRST half-marathon to raise awareness to two causes that are very close to my heart.

The first of the two causes is Jessica's healing protocol. The second is raising awareness of Uzuri, a cause supporting the end of period poverty in impoverished communities.

Jessica is healing her body from a breast cancer diagnosis in November 2019. Ever since, she has demonstrated unwavering commitment to heal her body through a combination of alternative and allopathic methods. Currently she is undergoing a protocol which involves her going to the Battersea Frequency Clinic to effectively reconfigure the mitochondria of the damaged cells.

The groundbreaking technology is called EE System which translates as Energy Enchantment System. This scientific approach to healing acknowledges the body to be an energetic conduit treating the imbalances of energy in circulation within the body to return to a state of homeostasis.

She has already completed 140 hours and has seen very encouraging results. With your support this will continue!

Uzuri is a cause which promotes the end of period poverty. Their target areas of promoting change are Jamaica, Ghana, Gambia and London.

It would both stun and astonish to learn of the circumstances surrounding young women from poverty-stricken areas who are not in a position to step into womanhood hygienically.

10% of girls in the sub-sahara miss school during their period due to not having access to sanitary products, and 137,000 girls in the UK missed school because they couldn't afford them either.

Uzuri is a word from the Swahili language which translates into "Beauty". In my effort to increase the awareness of these causes I feel the beauty of supporting these ambassadors of positive change is something we can be encouraged to do in the knowledge that your contributions will empower meaningful change and improvement!

These past few weeks have been so powerful for a lot of us, and I didn’t even realize when I booked two tickets for a night of magic with the Yawanawa that it would be so close to our return from the Pyrenees!

Bless my Reecey for driving another 3 hours so we could sit in the presence of these incredible indigenous souls and have our hearts blown wide open. Their voices always touch something so deep within me, awakening every cell in my being.

Thank you Tribalaya your performance was wonderful and @awakenyourlife & @soulofwomanofficial for creating such a beautiful sacred space. This was exactly what we needed to ground back into our bodies.

With Hapé and cacao guiding us, I can’t think of a more perfect way to have honoured the solstice.

Feeling deeply grateful and sooo ready for spring!!

#CodieSanchez; entrepreneur, investor, brilliant woman, has utilised her understanding from years on Wall Street to #serve and #better the lives of many.

During one of her two #DOAC podcasts she shared this concept which struck me sideways–perhaps down to my #appreciation of the point she made and how it relates to #Discipline and #Regret.

"Being broke sucks and working hard sucks – choose your pain."

Invariably and without prejudice we are #conditioned and hardwired into the construct of #job, work, business and/or employment, which serves to safeguard us from the possibility of #being broke and without, because it sucks.

Do you know what also sucks? Living without #purpose. Without #meaning. Without that burning desire to develop in life, or progress a project that may not equate to much in material means–in the beginning–but satiates the #spirit.

There's something here for all of #us to acknowledge and digest if we are to aspire to experiences beyond the ordinary or the mundane. Encouraging ourselves to do #HardThings in return empowers a new cellular awareness within, reminding us that we have what it takes to be great.

So, #choose your hard. Choose your pain.
