Our miracle babe arrived Earthside via our sacred belly birth on 09.09.2025.

There are truly no words to describe becoming a Muma. It’s been 6 weeks of A LOT. Deep rest, slow integration, and soaking in the sweetness of our gorgeous boy.

I’m gently coming back to reality.
My body is healing, my back pain is frustrating, I have oncology appointments to make, a new protocol to create, yet he is here, perfect in every way and my heart is overflowing.

I want to say the biggest thank you to everyone who has made this transition such a beautiful one. Your kindness, generosity, and support have been beyond helpful. It truly does take a tribe, and we love you all so much.

For those who have reached out and I haven’t yet replied, please know your love is deeply felt, and I’ll get back to you in divine timinggg ✨

The spectacle of child birth is such a quantum leap that my appetite for everything else for a couple of months or so has been shelved.

I have no clear words or clever expressions to describe the experience other than it is a sea change moment, an eye-opening realisation of what it means to be a father.

Reality has never felt so shifted. The remit of my loving devotion has entered into the realm of incomprehensibility.

Time is elusive and for the moment is not my own as we combine in force to support the rising of our Sun.

Holding Jessica and supporting Koa has revealed itself as my greatest challenge. Both inwardly and outwardly. Aspects of my old-self are awakening to the incomprehensibility of this gloriously unknown event as I approach it with joy, excitement and trepidation.

I have taken the decision to honour the fourth trimester and maintain limited communication to soak and absorb these wonderfully fleeting moments.

Thank you for being patient with us and we apologise if our mutual silence has caused natural concern.

You will be seeing us soon!

What an utter joy to be surrounded by so much love 💖

And also the contrast to that, of the depth of sadness from old threads of my own, rising to clear and be dissolved in rainbow light, in the heart of loving awareness 💖 a beautiful representation of new life birthing and the old decay of what no longer energises and gives life, falling away 🍂
