In this very awkward and rambling IG Live, I talk about the time a security guard blocked me from going to the locker room in high school because I didn’t look girly enough - a good 6 years before I realized I wasn’t a cis heterosexual woman. Anti-trans legislation doesn’t just harm trans people, it also harms the cis women it is supposedly designed to protect. It makes anyone who falls outside a narrow definition of femininity suspect, and that’s going to impact a lot of cis women and girls as well.

If you live in an area that’s pursuing anti-transgender legislation or are part of an organization considering anti-trans rules, please fight them. They don’t help anyone, and will cause a whole lot of harm.

I know it’s low rez, but I couldn’t resist the drama of this TikTok as a first post in my new Death Star throne room Luke cosplay. 😂 This character means a lot to me, and having a high quality cosplay of this costume is literally a dream come true. I’m so glad I was able to finish it on time, even if it meant I was hella sleep deprived today.
