HYROX Men's PRO Stockholm is in the house and what an atmosphere set by @hyroxnordic

But I'm not fully satisfied. I was aiming for a sub62 but finished with a time of 1:05:41.

Everything leading up to the competition was perfect.

I was pulling amazing numbers in my training. The legs felt incredibly strong.
The mindset was clear and focused.
The gameplan was set.
Every station was well prepared.
The pace on the runs were clear and achievable.

What went wrong then?
I lost it mainly on the wall balls.
I've never felt a 9kg ball weighing that much. It felt like concrete. And immediately I got into my head. All the planning, all the preparation. Gone. Out of the window. Disappointment rushed . Too many silly mistakes. The ball flying straight up. Not catching it properly. Fatigued. Drained. Done.

My lunges and burpees need to be sharper and quicker. However the Ergs and farmers carry is definitely my strong suit!

I know I can do better. I know what I'm capable of. A lot would be proud and satisfied. My family, partner and friends are proud, but I know I can do better!

My next race is Copenhagen Men's PRO single in March 2026.
