Definitely not at all being sarcastic, definitely not at all manifesting 🫣 ‎ One of my favorite parts about faire is meeting new people and being inspired by all the amazingly creative outfits! I met @booksandballgowns & @a.j_cos at Washington Faire last weekend and they were so immediately gung ho to participate in my admittedly very funny idea for a reel. Huge thanks to the @wyldewood.fae for having this absolutely stunning backdrop- I feel like I’m always doing pictures and videos here because it’s so beautiful and immersive! ‎ I will also be at faire this coming weekend for the Feast of Fools! Feral swamp witch is much more my style anyway 😌 ‎ My first weekend of @washingtonfaire ! I always love the Viking/warrior themed weekends and this one was no different, so many cool outfits and people. The co-incidence of @washingtonfaire ‘s opening weekend and the ODYSSEY premiering means sirens are even more on my mind than usual 🧜‍♀️ ‎ I’m attending my first day of my home faire today and I couldn’t be more excited! I feel like they level up every year and I can’t wait to see what’s changed from last season, what’s stayed the same, the performers I know, love, and can’t wait to see again, and who I’ll end up falling in love with for the first time this year 🥰 ‎ Don’t miss out on a wonderful experience!! Patiently waiting for the live-action Spider-Gwen (I know I know it’s “Ghost-Spider” or something) but until then!! I’ll become her! ‎ It’s kind of crazy to have witnessed the “birth” of this iteration of the character. I was working in a comic book store when it came out. I already sold my first appearance, but I have tons and tons of variants because I loved all the art of her I could get. My natural hair color is the same sunshine blonde as Gwen Stacy, and with my bangs she was one of the easiest and first cosplays I tried! Before I considered myself a “cosplayer” at all. I remember painting the soles of my converse and going up to @robbirodriguez at a convention wearing a zip up hoodie with her costume print on it (that I still own). She will always have a place in my heart even though I’m no longer keeping up with her in the comics! ‎ Looking forward to the new live action spiderman movie! Who wants to be my Peter Parker?

Throwback but siren swashbuckler that worships Istishia anyone? (For all who haven’t followed my currently stalled dnd career, I played a triton cleric of Istishia named Arcturus who was a lil nerd). But IMAGINE a siren army swarming onto shore- that’s frightening as hell ‎ It’s also funny that the only weekend I could make it to @oregonfaire this year was the pirate weekend, and the only weekend I *won’t* be at @washingtonfaire is the pirate weekend. Which MEANS I will be at Washington faire starting next weekend, July 19th! And ofc it’s Viking weekend, so prepare your Viking Row- it might have ‘originated’ with the footballers, but I know it would be impressive as hell at a joust 🇳🇴

I’m proud of myself because I did NOT spend $873 dollars haha but I did get my wig braided by @brendasbraiders which was worth every cent I think! ‎ Thank you to @sapharasky for making my silly reels with me, I saw @mossandmushroomstudios do this audio in her @armstreetcom dress and knew I needed to do it in mine! ‎ I’m so looking forward to my home faire of @washingtonfaire !
