@cainforge x @micksquires First coil machine for 2026, starting the year exactly like 2025 with another colab with Aaron. “The Humphrey” named after my bulldog. His face is engraved into the back of every side plate. I love how this machine turned out, how good is the colour combo! One of these beauties is heading off to @kaiden.tattoo who has an awesome collection of @cainforge machines.

Another set of collab liners from @cainforge and I.
Extremely excited about how these turned out.
They’re extra bad ass.
As always Aaron did a fantastic job carving and finishing.
Part of the frame, binders, spring saddle, and some of the screws are made of super conductor. The rest is steel.
The super conductor is nyobium rods encased in copper and has several applications in the super science field.
Plus it looks cool as hell.
Both are liners, and both are spoken for.
Thanks for checking them out.

A small look at the process of getting my day started at @lighthouse_tattoo.

Retro-Zekonah Liner

This one was started out as an unused concept sketch for a custom machine. Can’t let it go to waste!!

Hand-carved version of the 00’s investment cast “Zekonah” model. The last couple pics have the original sculpt that i made the mold from when they were cast (nfs). I sculpted it out of super fancy Eggerling damascus with the intention of turning it into a personal working machine, but i really love having it as just a sculpture/artifact.

There were 706 zekonah produced in steel, and 250 in the ltd bronze edition in the 2000’s. There were also a few handfuls of choppers with salvaged sideplates brazed on to my newer parts/geometry over the years.

Sculpted and meched out of steel flat-stock. Dark-black-oxide finish. Meched armature-bar. The ‘ole $1 dollar bill eagle/pyramid coil covers bring the superstitious money-magic. Sculpted shelf-support. Mini sterling-silver coin contact/lock screws. Shaped 1943 steel-penny thumbscrew.

Swing/spring vise will hold any tube.
