There are times when it feels like you’ve lost touch with the very thing that once set your soul on fire. Lately, I’ve been struggling to find my confidence in dance, feeling like the joy I once had was slipping through my fingers. But this routine—this class—has completely reignited something inside me. It brought me back to the heart of why I fell in love with dance in the first place: the freedom, the expression, the raw passion. It was the reminder I needed to rediscover the magic within myself. I am beyond grateful to @jordanpalmerdance for guiding me with such care, support, and wisdom, and to @iamsydfranklin for creating a track that gave me the energy to feel fully alive again. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. 🩷

2025, you really had my heart 🥹✨ A year of growth, gratitude, and so many moments I’ll carry with me forever. Graduating uni felt like such a full-circle moment proof that all the late nights, self-doubt and pushing through really did lead somewhere beautiful. This year taught me that I’m capable of more than I ever gave myself credit for. I travelled, I explored, I made memories in places I’ll always hold close, and I said yes to opportunities that scared and excited me all at once. So many fun, unexpected moments that reminded me how lucky I am to be doing what I love. Most of all, I felt supported. By the best people. The ones who cheer loudly, believe deeply, and stand beside me through every high and low. I wouldn’t be here without you, and I’m endlessly grateful for every bit of love and encouragement. Here’s to lessons learned, memories made, and a future I’m stepping into with a full heart and so much excitement. 2026… I’m ready for you 🤍✨

✨ Happy Birthday to the strongest woman I know @venetiamyhill my mum ✨ Today we celebrate the woman who raised two kids completely on her own and somehow still managed to be the glue that held everyone together. You’ve been through more personal battles than most people will ever understand, yet you’ve shown up every single day with a smile, a joke, or a “pull yourself together” look that works better than therapy. You’ve carried so much on your shoulders, but you never let it stop you from being the mum that everyone needs just me and my brother but literally every one of my friends too. Honestly, half of them come to you for advice before they come to their own parents… and you never complain. Despite everything you’ve gone through, you’ve given us a childhood full of love, laughs, and the kind of memories we’ll cherish forever. You taught us how to be strong without becoming cold, how to be soft without being walked over, and how to find the light even on days when it feels impossible. You’ve been our rock, our fixer, our counsellor, our taxi driver, our chef, our shoulder to cry on and the person who can still make us laugh even when life is falling apart around us. I don’t know how you do it, but I’m endlessly grateful that you do. You deserve every bit of happiness today. You deserve rest, joy, celebration and maybe a day where no one asks you for anything (don’t worry, I’ll try my best 😇). Happy Birthday, Mum. Thank you for being the definition of strength, love, and pure magic. I love you more than I could ever put into words. 🤍✨

Happy Birthday to my favourite human @trendlemusic08 💕✨ From our first adventures together to all the random little moments that only we’d find funny, life with you has been nothing short of amazing and slightly chaotic… but I wouldn’t have it any other way. You inspire me every single day with your passion, your work ethic, and the way you throw yourself into everything you love. Watching you chase your dreams makes me so proud and pushes me to chase mine too. You’ve given me more love, laughter, and support than I ever thought possible, and I’ll never stop feeling grateful that I get to be loved by you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to our incredible director, Ella @ellaadenle , for trusting me with this story and giving me the space to explore love, heartbreak, and friendship through dance. I wanted every step to reflect the raw emotion and inner turmoil that comes with unspoken feelings and I truly hope it connects with anyone who’s ever felt that kind of ache. Huge love to the insanely talented dancers Olivia, Mia, and Ludgero for bringing the piece to life so effortlessly and beautifully. And I’m truly in awe of all of you and how well you bought my vision to to life and made me feel everything and I’m sure will make everyone who watches it feel the same things I’m so thankful.
