I have no idea how yall do WEIGHTED single leg bridges, these are so so so difficult to keep form. Halfway through I couldn’t keep a straight leg but I finished my set nevertheless

Simple leg workout today, 1HR ⬇️
Kickbacks 3 x 9
B stance RDLs 3 x 8
Single leg glute bridges 3 x 7 each leg

Kind of getting better? I think it helped doing a 2 upper body exercises, abs, and stretching before climbing. Felt very warmed up. This was my last successful climb of the night!

Reminder to not do assisted pull ups at the end of a back workout 🫪 I was failing so early on these but otherwise an amazinggg session. My back is getting comfortable with my body weight again which is such a rewarding feeling 🤗

Poll said cardio and legs so I did cardio and legs 🙂‍↕️

Stairmaster - 20 min, no breaks no bars

Bulgarian split squats - 2 x 12 each leg, 40lb

Single leg glute bridges (holyf) - 3 x 7 each leg. Literally no weight needed these are so hard

Leg press, 2 x until failure

Leg lifts - 3 x until failure

First time climbing in a few months ntm 😭 I think this was my second to last climb. My grip strength was pretty much gone after this one.

Being able to move my body is a privilege I’m never taking for granted. I’m a firm believer in spending free time being active. The time to sit still is never 🙂

I’ve been practicing my breathing control during reps after noticing I was trading exhales for form. I will be learning how to do both bc it’s actually so dangerous to hold your breath while lifting 😅

quick one today:

Incline walk, 5.5 incline, 3.4mph, 22 min - incline walk IS harder than the stair climber and I WILL defend this statement after today lmao

Single leg Glute bridges, no weight, 3 x 8 each leg

Glute bridges, 50lb, 3 x 8

Kickbacks, 35lb, 3 x 8

Static stretching + no abs bc the incline walk got me yall
