friendly reminder that i’ll be back at @willspub running another goth night on march 23rd (next monday)!!! come dance/scream/get bubbles shot in your face by me. i almost broke my leg at my most recent show, so come see what antics happen next. if you don’t show up i will be sad and cry about it for years and years until the sun explodes, and that would be really annoying for everyone to deal with. for just 15 dollars you can keep that from being your fault. maybe i’m exaggerating but i mean it when i say that it will be an awesome time and we are all going to have so much fun, i hope to dance with you soon. see you there 😊

days before hrt bans got upheld by our horrid form of government, i found myself dancing and writhing and screaming about never letting anyone take my meds away from me. as an adult, that's a rallying cry easier to shout than it is for those currently infringed upon to whisper. should the state control your body? should a religious institution? should anyone but you? despite all evidence in favor of trans rights, a loud contingency of hateful people seeking a scapegoat have spread their dark. with no credible medical or psychological studies suggesting so, the western world has given in to bigoted terror against trans people. other queer people have condemned us. your favorite children's book author of 20 years ago spends every last dime you spent on a butter beer on taking my rights away. i see groups like the new york times present this pain as a political loss, and i know they don't get it. never forget: if you're not trans, the loss of our rights still hurts you. any regime capable of deciding who is allowed to do what with their body is dangerous. necrotic incubation, the repeal of roe v wade, the pseudoliberal abandonment of trans people — it's only just begun. donate to mutual aid for trans kids and promise me you won't kill me when the time comes; i'll be defiant to the end it was painfully cathartic to scream about hrt. i’ll keep doing it soon. 🎥: @alienobserverr

@strangelacemusic how are you so cool? activist, multi-instrumentalist, all around kind soul. without a doubt one the most must-see artists doing it in the scene rn. i love the immersive intensity you conjure through subtlety. the feeling of seeing you live is such a reminder of why i first got addicted to witnessing performances and wanting to do ones of my own in the first place: getting to experience art in a way that will never be replicated, that recordings cannot do justice to. you rule
