A good brand film doesn’t tell a story. It pulls people into one 💫 The City of Rovaniemi’s brand film, Ode to Rovaniemi, moves through all four seasons, weaving together Arctic nature, everyday city life and an original composition by local composer Janne Airaksinen. The soundtrack is enriched by local musicians and sounds captured during filming, making the city itself part of the experience. It’s a reminder that the most powerful stories aren’t only seen. They’re heard, felt and remembered. That’s the power of a brand film. Some of the best stories are already out there — you just have to take the time to notice them 👀 For Guests in the Wild (Vieraana erämaassa), we built the whole production around real notes left in wilderness hut guestbooks in Savukoski — small, honest pieces of life in the north, written without an audience, just in the moment ✍🏼 To bring those stories into film, we followed them back to where they came from. That meant carrying our gear through rugged terrain and spending nights out in the wild — staying close to the feeling of it all, not just the visuals.
