I watched a documentary about Frida on prime few days ago (I think I fell in love with her, not my caption)

Pottery is one form of art that’s, incredibly grounding.
I think it’s one of those rare crafts that forces you to be entirely in the moment. If your mind wanders while you’re on the wheel, the clay instantly reminds you to focus.

I have never played with clay, I want to add it to my list of hobbies✍️✍️✍️
