Tried something new today | Pilates on water with Aqua Vida 🌊 At first it looks calm and peaceful, but once you step on the board you realize how much core strength, balance, and stability it actually takes. Every movement forces you to stay controlled and engaged because the water is constantly shifting underneath you. It’s a different kind of workout compared to the gym less about heavy weight and more about body control, coordination, and staying present in the moment. I’ve been playing tennis for about 3 weeks now, and I’m still trying to find my comfortable swing. Learning more about the forearm, wrist, and proper technique has definitely helped, but this sport has taught me that improvement takes a lot of patience. Tennis requires confidence, but it also builds confidence. One bad swing doesn’t mean it’s over. Every shot teaches you something, whether it’s what to do or what not to do.
