We can finally say this out loud, after two years in the making, our very first cookbook is on the way! A huge milestone we are all so proud of. Over the years, we’ve spent countless hours, laminating dough, nurturing starter, baking bread, and building Librae one layer at a time. Inside, you’ll find more than 70+ of your favorite recipes, stories, flavors, and inspirations behind every creation. Filled with the warmth of Bahraini hospitality and shaped by the energy of New York City, this cookbook draws from Danish baking techniques and spices from a Bahraini pantry rich with flavor and influences from near and far, bringing together the third-culture recipes that have become the heart of Librae.
