Ello ladies and gentlemen 👋🏽 and lady gents or whatever else y’all may identify as, it’s your brother in Christ, back on the record freezing and yapping. I’m really liking this 3rd Epistle to Corinth is very short and to the point. Basically they write The Apostle Paul and say something like: “there’s some odd characters here teaching that God didn’t make the world but instead it was created by angels and we don’t remember you saying anything like that can you please verify this and some other wild teachings” to which Paul responds “I’m not surprised the devil is working” 👹
Feel free to google a free PDF and DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH don’t just believe me or anybody else that tells you something with a straight face 😐

Peace be to you, Instagram family. ✌️
I know I haven’t posted in a while, and yes—cold plunges are still coming. I’m just changing up the format under the direction of the Holy Spirit. 🙏

In the meantime, I wanted to share a salt capsule video with y’all. This is how I personally make mine 🧂.

🎥 A lot of the details are in the video, but here’s some extra info:

The first two salts—Celtic salt and Himalayan Pink salt—you can usually find locally. Check organic or small health food stores if you can.
Support local before you support the conglomerates.

The last two salts—Salt of Life and Baja Gold—I haven’t seen in any stores. You’ll probably have to order those online.

I’ve been taking these capsules for maybe a year now. I’m not a doctor ⚠️—this is not medical advice—just personal testimony.

I really do believe they’re beneficial:
• Better than table salt by miles
• Support hydration & recovery
• Easy to DIY
• And, if you’re led to try them, maybe they’ll bless you too.

If your conscience is against it, don’t do it.
“Whatever is not done in faith is sin.” Romans 14:23 💡

Even if you just start with the more basic salts, it’s still way better than what’s coming out of that little salt shaker at the buffet. 😅

Y’all… we are out here playing real life Emperor’s New Groove.

You know—where you’ve got the little evil angel on your shoulder with the pitchfork 😈, and on the other side, the one with the halo 😇?
Yeah. It’s really like that. And it’s about time we recognize.

Ever been having a great week, and then—outta nowhere:
BAM! You’re irritated.
BAM! Everything’s making you mad.
BAM! You wanna be left all the way alone or you’re gonna snap.

That… would be the angel of wickedness. 👹

“If a sinful person receives the works of the angel of righteousness, they must do good.
And if a faithful person receives a thought from the angel of wickedness, they must fall short.”

In other words: 🌧️ It rains on the just and the unjust. ☀️ It shines on the righteous and the wicked.
The yin and the yang. The balance God created is accurate to a tee.

🎯 You can’t escape evil no matter how good you are.
And you can’t escape good no matter how wicked you are.
That’s why there’s that little ball in the middle of the yin and yang ☯️.

Even Jesus had Judas following him the whole time.

📖 I almost read half this book trying to find this chapter, but it’s Chapter 36.
Look up The Shepherd of Hermas—it’s considered Apocrypha.
You might find it in a Catholic Bible—or just Google it.

Deuterocanonical books, also known as Apocrypha, are a set of sacred texts accepted by Roman Catholics and Eastern Orthodox Christians 📖—but not by Jews or many Protestant denominations.

The word Deuterocanonical means second canon, highlighting their debated status in biblical history 📜. These include Tobit, Judith, Baruch, 1 & 2 Maccabees, and more.

This passage I’m referencing is from Ezra & one of my absolute favorites. God really humbles Ezra 😂 He’s newly king over Israel 👑 and fasting, praying for the people he now leads. The angel Uriel, often called “the one set over the luminaries,” appears to him 💫. Uriel shows up time and again in apocryphal scripture—always as a messenger to prophets and people alike.

🕊 Reading these books has helped me strengthen my spirit… and in turn, my body.

💧 When you start, it’s cold. That’s the point. But like the saying goes: practice makes perfect.

🧠 If you strengthen your spirit, you’ll strengthen your body.
💪 If you strengthen your body, your spirit grows stronger too.

So whether you start with cold showers, a plunge tub, or full-on cryotherapy—don’t forget the Scriptures.
As 2 Timothy 3:16 says: “All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for instruction, for correction, and for training in righteousness.”

This might sound heretical…
But I honestly think Jesus had to do at least one cold plunge in His life. 🧊
I mean—how else could he help us through it… 🤔

Obviously, He suffered as we suffer.
So don’t underestimate the GOAT. 🐐

I love how, when the Pharisees tried to trap Him, asking:
“What’s the greatest commandment?”
Jesus responded so clearly:

“Love God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind.”
“And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself.” ❤️

On these two hang all the law.
Simple. Powerful. Clutch asf.

🕊 I’m working on both.
And just like I ask God to forgive me,
I’ll ask you too—if I’ve ever let you down in any way, I’m sorry.
I’m not a perfect Christian.
Honestly, I don’t even call myself one.
I just love Jesus. And I’m trying to love people. ✝️

This cold plunge was from last week—
literally the night before an early morning of traveling.
Mentally? Burnt. 🧠
Physically? Sore.
Spiritually? Tired.
It took prayer to get in that tub… but I’m glad I did. 🙏

There is joy in the suffering.
There is good in the bad.
And there was absolutely God in the cold plunge with me this day.

If you’re thinking of cold plunging, just pray on it and start however God leads you 🧊 👼

They say, “If you want to hide something from someone, put it in a book.”

Well, today I felt the need to share this introduction to the value of the Constitution. 📜

I’ve been a victim of not learning the law of my land for too long.
There’s a state constitution.
There’s a federal constitution.
And they both matter—because they overlap.

🔎 If you want to know God, study His law.
📚 If you want to understand money, study its law.
⚖️ If you want to live free, start reading.

It’s time to stop being a MINOR.
Start being a servant.
Like Proverbs says:
“My people perish for lack of knowledge.”
It’s not just true… it’s visible everywhere.

But 🙌 thank God for God.
He’s raising up readers.
He’s raising up those ready to plunge deep—spiritually and physically.
So yes… I’ll be hitting the cold plunge and the Constitution.
Every. Single. Day. God allows.

One of my favorite verses in the canonical text is Hebrews 3:13:
“But encourage each other daily… so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness.”

The old Baptist and Pentecostal saints used to sing:
“I need you, you need me, we’re all a part of God’s body. It is His will that every need be supplied… You are important to me, I need you to survive.”

Lately, I’m learning that we really do need people.
We need our enemies to push us toward growth.
We need the widow and the orphan to teach us to love deeper.
We need the stranger to tell us the truth and keep us real.
Jesus called Judas friend. Let that sink in.

💬 If you love someone, encourage them. Text them. Call them. Like their posts. Show up.

🧊 And if you can, get in a cold plunge every once in a while—it’ll help you get over some things.

The year’s almost over, and I’ve barely posted 15 times. Time to lock in for playoffs 💯 I’m committing to plunging almost every other morning.

Double down on your fitness goals 💪
Strengthen your spirit.
It’s going to be a cold winter—but it’s going to be a good one. ❄️

📜 This is an excerpt from The Apocryphal Vision of John. It is considered deuterocanonical scripture by mainstream theologians, although I and many others believe it is inspired by the Holy Spirit. Here in Paul’s visions, he’s shown the diverse punishments of hell.

Man, talk about cold, but GOOD-COLD.

Kind of like the hot tub is a GOOD-HOT.
It just has to grow on you, like working out.
