A lovely low down loop round Grasmere and Rydal yesterday. The planned route kept the elevation low because of the ice, although there wasn’t actually that much of it in the end when I was out there. Also interesting to see absolutely no improvement in my camera work since the last time I did one of these🙂

Only did two races this year, but got to run in a lot of cool places too - 90 seconds from 2024 featuring Leeds, France, Scotland, Switzerland, the toon and the trails. Happy New Year and wishing you an awesome 2025 🙂🙌 #running #trailrunning

#tbt to watching the training runs at the @uci_mtbworldseries in Fort William, Scotland last month. I think in the races themselves they do something like 3km across and 0.5 km down in a little over 4 minutes, on terrain like that - I don’t know how they manage it, but I hugely respect that they do 🫡 🚲 ⛰️ #mtb #ucimtbworldseries #cycling #ucimtbworldcup
