I know the conversation around AI is complicated. I know the concerns are real. I hold space for all of that. But I also know what it has done for my capacity, my time, my nervous system, and my ability to build something like Our House largely on my own.

We are five days deep into Juneteenth Week and every single day has been intentional, immersive, and built with our community in mind. From the conversations to the art to the food to the energy in the room — this week is exactly what we said it would be.

Erotic Coloring & Poetry After Dark was so beautiful. 🖤

A sensual healing experience that dropped everyone so deeply into their bodies — a quieter surrender into the most beautiful parts of self.

The kind of night that didn’t need to be loud to be powerful. Just presence, color, words, and people fully showing up as themselves.

And honestly — this was just the beginning.

We are two days deep into Juneteenth Week with five more days of programming still ahead.

This version required me to become someone I couldn’t have been if it had arrived when I asked for it.

I think about that sometimes.

How the answer was always coming. How the years of not knowing were not the absence of grace but the shape of it. How I was being made ready for something I didn’t have the capacity to hold yet — and the making was the gift, even when it felt like the withholding.

I am aligned now in a way I feel in the body. Not a thought. Not a decision. A settling. The particular quality of being exactly where you are supposed to be — not because everything is resolved or finished or figured out, but because something underneath all of it finally recognizes itself.

I am grateful.

Humbled in the realest sense of the word — not diminished, but returned to my right size. Honored to be used in this way. To be the vessel. To be the yes that something moved through.

I didn’t always understand what I was being prepared for.

Some days I’m still not sure I do.

But I am here. Fully. Both hands open.

And I receive it.

Thank you to everyone; past, present, and future who has been a light along the way.
