A post about me “refusing to sell Luster” went viral. 👀 What I’m most proud of is that 69 years later, we’re still Black-owned, family-owned, and we own every formula behind the brands you know and love from Pink Lotion to S-Curl No Drip. This legacy isn’t carried by one person. It’s carried by my dad uncle and aunt, our owners, my siblings, cousins, and the entire Lusterland family who show up every day committed to the vision my grandfather started in 1957. 💕 Three generations. One mission. Still Black-owned. Still family-owned. Still building. 🖤🏭

Today at our Juneteenth tour, someone asked me to autograph a bottle of Pink Hydrate & Shine Sulfate Free Shampoo. 🥹💕 I was truly honored. As a little girl growing up in this family business, I never imagined moments like this. Thank you to everyone who came to Lusterland and allowed us to share our story. My heart is so full. 💗🏭✨
