Last night I had the honour of speaking at The Magnetic Founder event, and I’ve been sitting with the feeling ever since.

I’ll be honest with you: I was nervous. That full-body, heart-racing kind of nervous that lives right next to excitement and you can barely tell the difference. It’s been a long time since I’ve stood on a stage like that, and my body knew it.

But here’s what I keep coming back to this morning. Even with the nerves, even speaking a little faster than I probably should have, I felt completely like myself up there. There was no performance. No version of me trying to be something. Just the work, the women in that room, and something that felt a lot like coming home.

Doing the things that scare us, the ones that also light something up in us… that’s where we grow. Not in the comfortable, familiar, already-figured-out places. At the edge. The place where you’re genuinely not sure how it’s going to go and you show up anyway.

If something has been sitting on your heart lately, something that excites you as much as it terrifies you, that feeling is not a warning. It’s an invitation.

Say yes to it. šŸ¦‹

I’ve been practicing Reiki for 10 years now, and there are so many things I’ve learned on this path of being a healer.

Shifting these things hasn’t just made my work more powerful and aligned — it’s made my life better too.

1. I don’t try to fix anyone
Healing isn’t about ā€œfixingā€ — it’s about remembering.
You’re not broken.
You don’t need saving.
You just need to feel safe enough to return to your own power.

2. I don’t abandon myself to hold space for others
Boundaries are healing.
My energy matters just as much as the people I serve — and I’m a better guide when I honour both.

3. I don’t pretend to have it all together
I’m not here to be perfect.
I’m here to be real.
Healers are human too. The magic lives in our integrity, not our image.

4. I don’t bypass the body
Energy healing isn’t just floaty and woo — it’s deeply embodied.
I work with the nervous system, intuition, emotion, and sensation.
The body is the portal.

5. I don’t separate healing from living
Healing is sacred, yes.
But it’s not a job.
It’s not your identity.
It’s the foundation for joy, expression, connection, and thriving.

This is the way I walk now — and the way I guide others.
From healing into thriving.
From fear into freedom.
From fixing into remembering.

✨ If you’re ready for this kind of journey, my 1:1 sessions + coaching containers are open.

Let’s guide you home to yourself. šŸ¤

I said this a while ago and I’m saying it again because I think some of you need to hear it for the first time, and some of you need to hear it again.

There is a version of the wellness space that has quietly convinced women that healing is the destination. That if you just do enough work, go deep enough, clear enough, you’ll eventually arrive somewhere finished and whole and ready to begin your life.

But healing was always meant to be the doorway. Not the room you live in.

The women I work with are some of the most self-aware, deeply feeling, genuinely committed humans I have ever met. And the thing that changes everything for them is the moment they realize they are allowed to walk through the door.

Not when they’re ready.
Not when it’s all resolved.
Now.

Your life is not a waiting room for the healed version of you.
It’s happening right now.

And you get to actually be in it. šŸ¦‹

Save this for the next time you catch yourself waiting to be further along before you start living.

I didn’t show up the way I wanted to recently. And my first instinct was to shame myself back into alignment.

Which, if you know anything about shame, you’ll know doesn’t actually work. It just makes you smaller. And smaller was never the goal.

Expansion includes the moments you fall short. It includes the activated nervous system, the reaction you wish you’d handled differently, the version of you that showed up when you were caught off guard.

Honest accountability without self-destruction. That’s the practice.

You don’t have to shame yourself into becoming her. You just have to keep choosing her. Even after the moments that didn’t look like her at all. šŸ¦‹

This one might be my most controversial episode yet. But it needed to be said.

Trauma work changed my life and I will never stop believing in its power. And I also think the wellness space has created a version of healing that keeps some women stuck in a loop they were never meant to live in permanently.

You are not an endless excavation project.
At some point the healing has to become the life you want to live. And you get to decide when that point is.

Save this for when you need the reminder. 🩷

Look, I’m a Spiritual Life Coach and have been practicing spirituality for over 12 years. This is just my life.

✨ I pull oracle cards before making big decisions. Not because a card tells me what to do, but because my reaction to the card tells me what I already know.

✨ I energy cleanse my space after heavy client sessions, uncomfortable conversations, and honestly sometimes just Mondays.

✨ I talk to my guides out loud. In the car mostly. My neighbours probably think I’m on a very intense phone call.

✨ I set intentions at every new moon and I write them down by hand because typing it doesn’t feel the same.

✨ I genuinely believe my body knows things before my mind catches up. I’ve made some of the best decisions of my life by following a feeling I couldn’t explain yet.

None of this makes me less grounded, less practical, or less capable of living a real life. It makes me more of all three.

Practical spirituality isn’t about choosing between logic and magic. It’s about using every tool available to you.

šŸ’¬ Tell me yours. What’s the woo thing you do that you don’t fully admit to people? No judgment here.

We talk a lot about healing the inner child. The inner teen. The younger versions of ourselves who needed things they didn’t get.

And that work is real and it matters.

But sometimes the healing isn’t about going back and excavating. Sometimes it’s about letting her out.

The 16 year old version of me didn’t know what shadow work was. She just knew which songs made her feel everything at once and she turned them up loud.

That’s not a distraction from your healing. That might actually be it.

Put on the song. Close the door if you need to. Let yourself feel something just because it feels good.

Drop the song below: the one that takes you straight back. I want to make a playlist. šŸŽµ

Sharing this one from my stories because the response told me you needed it too.

This is my go-to protection ritual before stepping into public spaces, busy environments, or honestly any situation where I know my energy is going to be tested.

The concept is simple: envision a bubble of light surrounding your entire body. Nothing that isn’t meant for you can enter. Everything you need stays in.

Is it giving Glinda the Good Witch? Absolutely.
Does it work? Also absolutely.

As someone who is highly sensitive to energy, this has become one of those non-negotiables for me. Takes about 30 seconds and the difference in how I move through a space is genuinely noticeable.

Your energy is yours. You’re allowed to protect it. ✨🫧

Two years ago today I handed in my resignation after 10 years at a job that kept me safe but slowly convinced me that safe was enough.

I remember filming that video. I was grounded in the decision but honestly terrified underneath it. Not the kind of terrified that means stop, the kind that means you’re about to do something that actually matters.

I had this motto since college that I kept coming back to in that season: feel the fear and do it anyway. Because my body and my intuition were both so loud about what needed to happen, even when my mind was busy catastrophising every possible way it could go wrong.

Two years later I run a business I love, I work with women who light me up, and I’m getting married in September to the person who believed in me before I fully believed in myself.

None of that exists if I had stayed.

Whatever door you’re standing in front of right now, the one that scares you and calls you in equal measure, I just want you to know that the fear doesn’t mean no. Sometimes it means you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.

Go all in on yourself. šŸ¦‹

Tell me what you’re standing at the door of right now. I’m genuinely asking.

Readiness is a myth we tell ourselves to stay comfortable.

I spent years waiting to feel ready to leave my job. Ready to fully commit to my business. Ready to show up as the version of myself I knew was in there somewhere. And the thing I eventually had to reckon with is that the feeling never fully came. Not in the way I was waiting for.

What came instead was a moment of deciding. Of saying out loud, to myself more than anyone else, that I was done waiting for permission from a feeling that was never going to arrive on cue.

That decision changed everything. Not because I suddenly felt ready, but because I stopped making readiness the requirement.

You already have what you need. The question is whether you’re going to stop waiting long enough to use it. šŸ¦‹

Save this for the next time you catch yourself waiting to feel ready.

My wedding is 3.5 months away and I refuse to spend that time shrinking, restricting, or white-knuckling my way to the finish line.

These are the habits I’m actually focusing on, and most of them have nothing to do with how I look on the day.

You don’t need a wedding to give yourself permission to show up fully. That part’s for everyone. šŸ¤
