Always a big thank you from @warren_wolfcoaching for the motivational and knowledgeable chat to get going again.

Just out here trying to build some of this lost muscle…

Just eating a bit more and training a bit more with extra protein, sometimes it’s just as simple as that.

Here just taking the dumbbell RDL for a steady 3RIR at the start of my 5 week meso.

Week 1 complete.
Starting off nice and simple 2x frequency per muscle a week 10-15 sets per muscle and see how I recover.
Then auto regulate any changes.

Starting weight 192lbs aware I am smol right now but that’s what we are working on. taken in Nuffield Health by @reeswarrenpt

Just going with the flow of life at the moment. I enjoy 1-2-1 PT a lot, as well as online coaching. I will start posting more of my own physique and training footage going forward. Over the coming weeks I will be creating more content that I believe will help people in their fitness journeys.

Let me know if there is anything specific you would like me to go over or produce some content on.

You may be seeing more of this very average physique of mine 😅

Don’t post my physique much but actually felt I looked half decent for someone that chops and changed my goals based on the weather. Or whether or not I can play football based on work.

Over the next couple of weeks I’m going to knuckle down and set some goals as I always perform better with structure and recently I’ve just been going with the flow.

A lot of self improvement Is needed and I only now surround myself with those that have a positive impact on my life.

Here is to the rest of the year! taken in Nuffield Health by @reeswarrenpt

What is the perfect diet?🌳🥩 🍌

- There is no perfect diet.

- A lot of caveats to this debate.

- Usually the best one is one you can stick to, whatever that preference is.

- As long as you are not devoid of any essential nutrients.

Do one you enjoy the most, to lose weight or make a healthy change there has to be some lifestyle changes which can feel hard; do the diet that feels like a diet the least to YOU.

Sorry if this is not the answer you were looking for, if someone claims they have some 🧙‍♀️ magical, mystical🦄 advice that they label “trick” or “hack” it is bullshit!

Drop me a message or comment if you have any questions.

A transformation from one of my old clients.

Hard work, but most of all consistency.
Consistency>perfection

If you can be perfect then great, but for the other 99% of us just small consistent actions and little changes over time lead to great things.

What we did?

Increase his physical activity, more walking.
Improve training execution and programming.

Make better choices with food.
Eat more protein and fiber.
Eat less calories.

He did this for months and months and is reaping the rewards.

Looking to build muscle? Lose weight?
Or improve overall fitness?

Is intermittent fasting superior for fat loss when compared to a regular calorie restricted diet?

Short answer, no.

If fasting helps you stick to your personal calorie goals and you are less likely to overeat then go ahead use it.

However fasting is simply a tool used to eat less.

Personally I do not perform well during my training sessions fasted, I have experimented with it but I also find better adherence to my daily calorie targets by having meals spaced out throughout the day.

As of right now, what we know is when our food intake is equal both on balanced meals throughout the day vs fasting there is no additional fat loss.

May be some benefits independent of caloric restriction though we do not know yet.

So go ahead and use it as a tool if it works for you, but do not use it thinking it is going to work magic.

Nothing beats hard work!
