And just like that, a very exciting spring break is over. Back to the grind and to the chilly morning temperatures. 🥶

Hey the cold temps are back again!
Back to no shorts over tights.
#noshortsovertights

I must still be dealing with the time change, it’s tough waking up early.

Was able to run a mile and a half before meeting the @fairmountrunningclubphl

Finished up with a few miles this morning for a shakeout run for tomorrow’s St Patrick’s Day 10 mile run in AC.

Who’s running the race tomorrow?

Awesome 5 mile run with Princess and cool runners friends.
Princess was so excited to get out and fire up those legs.

It’s funny that it felt warm out this morning. I suppose cold temperatures are just relative after what we’ve been experiencing the past month.

Even when you’re not having a great day or morning.
Get yourself up!
Put on your shoes
Grab your pup and go for a run.
Don’t forget to put a smile on your face 😄

That smile can go a long way.
