POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I used to run almost exclusively on the treadmill, but that started to really wear me down mentally. So, I’ve recently started to run outside and I’m really enjoying it. 🙌🏽

At 5am the only light I get is from the lamp posts and even then some of the stretches, depending on the path I take, are pitch black.

I have to cross a decent amount of streets so it was great to get this package from @reflectoes to keep me VISIBLE to incoming cars. I used the arm band today, but they have socks, gloves and clip on lights.

Pretty neat stuff to keep me just a touch safer on these runs. Go ahead and check them out!

And here we go back down to the chilly temps again this morning.
Had to breakout my hat and warm @reflectoes gloves for this run.
Ran an easy pace for 4 miles. Trying to see if my knee and foot didn’t have too much damage after a fall I took yesterday.

Hey the cold temps are back again!
Back to no shorts over tights.

I must still be dealing with the time change, it’s tough waking up early.

Was able to run a mile and a half before meeting the @fairmountrunningclubphl

Finished up with a few miles this morning for a shakeout run for tomorrow’s St Patrick’s Day 10 mile run in AC.

Who’s running the race tomorrow?

We ran pre and post miles around the Tuesday @fairmountrunningclubphl group run.

I threw in some speed and hills during the 10miles. My legs are screaming 😱 now.

How many miles did you run today?

Finally a beautiful morning with some decent temperatures and none slippery icy surfaces.
I ran warmup 2.5 with Princess and 3 with the @fairmountrunningclubphl #friendshipfriday
Princess is a champ running 5 miles 2 days in a row. At least she gets to sleep the rest of the day.

Have a great weekend!
How many miles will you be running?

Awesome 5 mile run with Princess and cool runners friends.
Princess was so excited to get out and fire up those legs.

It’s funny that it felt warm out this morning. I suppose cold temperatures are just relative after what we’ve been experiencing the past month.
