THREE NEW WAYS TO REFORM 🖤

You asked for more, so we’re bringing more to the studio.
Meet our newest class styles at REFORM:

✦ TOWER — Precision, resistance, and full-body strength using the Tower apparatus.
✦ REFORMER + CHAIR — Two apparatuses. Endless possibilities. Expect strength, stability, and a whole new challenge.
✦ MAT SCULPT — Small movements, serious burn. A mat-based class designed to challenge your muscles, build strength, and leave you feeling 🔥

Different formats. Different challenges. The same REFORM standard: intentional movement, intelligent programming, and form-first training.

Your Pilates practice just got a little more interesting.

Ready to try something new? Book your next class through the link in our bio. We’ll see you at REFORM 🖤

Monday 7am TOWER (with Emily)
Tuesday 6:30pm MAT SCULPT (with Rylee)

1st Year Anniversary Celebration at Reform Pilates!! I am so so so blessed that @emilyjuddwellness opened the most amazing boutique Pilates studio a year ago, so that I could come along and find it. Not only is the place I come every day to work out and share it with amazing people, I also get to do what I love just as much, which is teach Pilates. If we’ve had a conversation about Pilates or Reform, you know how genuinely I mean this. I feel so grateful every day for finding this studio, which has seriously made my life in Salt Lake SO enjoyable and I feel so fulfilled. I love this place!
Thank you for everyone that came and took class, our awesome vendors and everyone that showed up to shop or support. We see you, and appreciate each of you! 🥰 taken in Reform Pilates by @reformpilatesut
