Some things change. Some things stay 🤍

Pilates has been one of the things that has stayed, and I’m really grateful for that.

1st Year Anniversary Celebration at Reform Pilates!! I am so so so blessed that @emilyjuddwellness opened the most amazing boutique Pilates studio a year ago, so that I could come along and find it. Not only is the place I come every day to work out and share it with amazing people, I also get to do what I love just as much, which is teach Pilates. If we’ve had a conversation about Pilates or Reform, you know how genuinely I mean this. I feel so grateful every day for finding this studio, which has seriously made my life in Salt Lake SO enjoyable and I feel so fulfilled. I love this place!
Thank you for everyone that came and took class, our awesome vendors and everyone that showed up to shop or support. We see you, and appreciate each of you! 🥰
