My non-negotiables as a Physical Therapist

1. Actually get to know the patient - what is their full history? What are their goals? How can they get back to doing what THEY want rather than what YOU want them to do?
2. Balanced Body Pilates Equipment - there is no substitute @balanced_body
3. Progressive Loading - Everyone. Needs. Resistance. Training.
4. Mind-Body Connection - Control. Concentration. Breath. These are a must.
