The downstairs! New floors, fresh paint and a new light fixture is actually all you need sometimes. So clean and ready to be furnished 😍

The First Inspection… My Initial Reaction!🏡

After 4 weeks of refurbishing and handing the keys over to my amazing contractors, we’re officially around 70% complete! 🙌🏽

There’s still plenty to do over the next 2 weeks, more painting and decorating, new doors, window panes, beading, plumbing andddd a BIG final clean; but the transformation is really starting to come together, and we’re nearly there! 🔑🤍

Can’t wait to show y’all the finished result! ✨ by @refurbswitht

New renovation project, 3 bedrooms, 2 receptions, 1 bathroom, small garden and a weird shower room that’s deffo getting ripped out!

The house currently smells like it housed 10 cats but that’s ok because we’re stripping out all the floors and re plastering all the walls.🤩

The kitchen excites me, I think it deserves a real clean modern finish, herringbone floors, new units, either a navy, green or beige 👀 and that bathroom? Small but can deffo be mighty.

Stay tuneddddd for the work to commence 🥳

Gave my first baby a little makeover and some well deserved love as it had been 6 years of the same furniture and design! ❤️

A transformation I’m super proud of!! From a complete waste of a room, to an office and then to this lovely warm play room and library!! 🥹💖
