Hey, I’m Temi — the face behind ChallengeWithT 💪🏾✨

I’m not a personal trainer nor a certified coach — I’m just a babe who went from a size 24 to a size 12 (swipe to see the transition overtime) through discipline, consistency, and a whole lot of self-belief. 💫

I know what it’s like to struggle with weight, confidence, and motivation. But I’ve learned the hard way that discipline in one area of your life spills into every other area too. Believe it or not, but my weight loss was the solid foundation in which my entrepreneurial journey was built on. Christ too, ofc.

But here’s the truth — this only works if you work. Everybody gets to a point where enough is enough, and that’s where real change begins. I got tired of not loving my reflection. Tired of feeling unworthy. Tired of letting my thoughts control me. Tired of always hiding my belly with my hand.

That’s why I created Challenge With T — a space for people who want to transform their bodies and minds but need accountability, encouragement, and understanding along the way. It’s for those who are fearful of a coach or PT but want community AND real results.

A quick shoutout to my previous PT, Andrew @pt_papz — he taught me how to train, proper form, the importance of diet and ofc about body recomposition. I still use everything I’ve learned from him daily.

I used to yo-yo diet and hated the gym — now I’ve been at it for almost 3 years. It’s still not my favorite thing 😅, but I do it because I know what I want to look like, I know how it’s changed my life, my health matters and consistency always wins. (I also want to be the sexiest mum at sports day xx)

This journey has taught me that one size doesn’t fit all, but everyone deserves to feel their best. Insecurity is the thief of joy — and I’m here to help you take that joy back.

Every 6 weeks, I take 20 individuals through a focused challenge — 6 weeks of discipline, consistency, and transformation. Because a lot can change in 6 weeks when you commit. 🖤

Rich In Love ❤️

A room full of my favorite people had me feeling the kind of love you feel in your chest. The laughter, the presence, the speeches, the joy; moments I wish I could bottle forever. I’m JUSTTTT a lover girl and this birthday reminded me why.

When I felt like everything was diminishing they lifted me and reminded me that “Three things will last forever, faith, hope, and love—and the greatest of these is love.” — 1 Corinthians 13:13

The battles I didn’t share publicly and the tears I cried privately, when I was in need these people were sent by God to keep me. “Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.” — 1 Corinthians 13:7

Love never fails. And I felt every bit of it. You can SEE God is in my neighbourhood. 🥹✨
