Happy birthday to my two year old. I just can’t believe we are here. Somehow, this year went faster than the first and I really just wasn’t prepared to celebrate this day already, but here we are. YOU ARE TWO! Boy are you two 😂 my smart, tender, funny, kind, stunning baby boy. Always my baby boy. You make any hard day, bearable, and any ‘every day’ indescribable.

THESE are the days, the days I prayed for as a young girl and the last 730 of them with you in my arms have been my absolute greatest gift. You are the joy of my life.

I love that you cover us in kisses and your favorite thing is to rock and sing with mama but you are boy through and through. Cars and dinos have taken over our home and I truly wouldn’t have it any other way. When people stop me to tell me how beautiful of a child you are I always think to myself how they have no idea how beautiful you are on the inside. How God created a child who truly is so beautiful both inside and out. I can’t wait to see what you do, Ford. God is going to use you in mighty ways and your dad and I are so honored to have the privilege of parenting you. We don’t take it for granted. Our eyes meet often when we see your sweet personality on display and we share many moments daily in awe of the person you are. We are proud of you.
