Getting so close to meeting our littlest blessing!! I can’t believe it! 🥹💕💕

This pregnancy has been a trust walk with The Lord for me in a lot of ways… It has sharpened my faith, and reminded me what an incredible gift community is! These women have lifted us up, spoken words of power and life when I needed them, and called me higher. Not to mention the gift of laughter and joy! These showers were so dang fun!!

Baby Girl, you are so loved already. Something tells me you are gonna be a girls’ girl like your Mama! I pray for the rich blessing of deep Godly friendships over your life! Don’t know where I’d be without them.
Oh, and I really hope you like pink ☺️💕💕💕.

It was the least January-est of all Januaries. 🤍

Some of the Highlights:
- the dreamiest winter snow
- @myanchorchurch 21 days of prayer changed my life
- my whole family surprising @regananne for Ford’s first birthday party! Our sweet Fordy Boy is One. 🥹
- the ultimate prayer board girls night with all my besties
- there was a murder at Mullet Fest… (it was even more fun than it looks)
- something tells me I’ll be going to a lot of wrestling matches in the future 🤣
- Elle started her first big girl ballet class and there is truly nothing cuter 🩰

If this is 2025, I AM HERE FOR IT.

✌🏻out 2024! 🥂 10 slides could never capture just how sweet and full and GOOD this year was. It sounds so simple but this time last year I felt like God told me I was really going to “enjoy” this year… and that’s exactly how I feel looking back. I found deep, genuine joy in my marriage, in parenting, songwriting, leading worship, in working out (seriously @burnbootcampnorthmckinneytx & & @mrservin_cpt you’ve changed my life!!) family time, old and new friendships, traveling (we randomly went on so many trips this year!) and even in our simple everyday rhythms. The joy of The Lord met me there and it’s been my strength. 2025, I can’t wait to see the story God is going to write for your chapter. Whatever it is, I know it will be good. 💖

May: a month of change, celebration, and chapters closing. Isn’t that all part of this journey, though? We can’t move into a new season without change and, oftentimes, closure. That almost always comes with a mixture of pain, uncertainty, and hope. But, I’m learning that if I sit too long in my pain, it will become much more difficult to stand in hope. The truth is, I want all the Lord has for my life. And, the only way to walk in that is through obedience and complete surrender to Him, even, and perhaps especially, in the midst of uncertainty. So, here’s to turning the page to this next chapter and embracing all it will hold.
