✊ What it takes to build a more regenerative world (READ MORE) ⬇️

It's creating more regenerative neighborhoods. 🌍🌿

As Regen Tribe, we are studying, building, and designing these transformative community land projects. Here's how we're doing it:

Global Network — Tribes: We created a platform for a global network of community members, communities, and organizations all working towards the same goal. Together, we're stronger and can make a larger impact.🌐🤝

Catalyzer — Education & Research: We believe in the power of knowledge. We're researching the and designing resources for community building, creating metrics for regenerative innovation, .and offering immersive educational experiences 🎓💡

Agency — Consulting & Services: We help individuals and communities turn the dream of a regenerative neighborhood into a reality. We offer consulting for land development, a hands-on Community Lab/Community Catalyzer, and matching community members to their dream communities via real estate. 🔧🏡

And this journey, it’s not just ours, it's YOURS too. You're the integral part of this process. Let's together pave the path for a greener, healthier, and sustainable future. Join the Tribe. Become the change. ✊💚

Building community? This post is for you! ⬇️

We are a collective of community builders.

We have made the choice to focus on building as many sustainable-intentional communities (aka regenerative neighborhoods) as possible.

This is our core mission.

But here's the twist: WE need YOU. Your involvement, your support, your passion.

Your involvement in creating these regenerative neighborhoods is the cornerstone of this transformative journey.

It's time to take the reins, to become the builders of a better tomorrow. Together, let's redefine how communities live, interact and give back to our Mother Earth.

Are you ready to be part of the change?

Last week I joined @mayoreileenhiggins and her team at the Develop to Serve summit to learn about land development for growing community in Urban & suburban spaces in Miami! 🍊🐊
An initiative launched by City of #Miami officials (led by Commissioner/Mayor Eileen Higgins) to help faith-based organizations and nonprofits utilize their unused or underutilized land for community benefits.

Groups with land were walked through the process of turning their land into infrastructure that can support local communtiy growth.
- connection to financial institutions
- matching with experienced & aligned land developers
- support with new permitting to fast track the process
- hearing from others who have & are doing it successfully

- if you are a land developer in Miami wanting to integrate technology to your process
- have access to land you'd like to build community serving housing for - are motivated to make a positive impact in Miami housing

let's connect!

Key Details of the Initiative

• Primary Goal: Guide 3 to 5 anchor institutions (such as churches and non-profit groups) through advisory and shepherding processes to develop property.
• Core Purpose: Build essential #community infrastructure—like affordable housing, childcare centers, community gardens, and health clinics—without forcing organizations to sell their properties.
• Develop to Serve Summit: An informational and networking event held in October 2026 (including sessions at Miami Dade College) to connect organizations with resources, urban planners, and guidance.

If you are part of a local nonprofit or faith-based organization, let me know taken in Miami Dade College - Wolfson Campus by @regen.tribe

this is the creation of a manufactured wetland,
a strategy we learned in Mexico - called a "HUMEDAL"

a waterproofed path with layers of different sized rocks, carbon charcoal, and natural soil to filter the sink water from the mostly plant base kitchen.
The water & nutrients that comes through the sink enters into the soil, and we will grow a garden bed of flowers and nitrogen eating plants.

No chemicals are used for cleaning - only vinegar, baking soda, salt, & natural disinfectants.

#biophilic design is aligned with natural systems and circularly this allows us to reuse water & organic material to feed soil & grow plants.

welcome to @regener8farmandretreat
an amazing example of #Regenerative #farming in #Miami Florida

We got to explore the property with the farm Director @alicia.del.aguila
She showed us what is growing on the property
How they're growing it
The system they use to keep track of it all
And some future plans for #Agrotourism and #hospitality - key components to spreading the magic of regenerative farming, organic food and soil health

After a Summer sitting behind the screen and working on Regen Tribe software tools ...
I was super happy to get back in the field and put my hands on some soil and fresh produce.

We are grateful to be connecting with the amazing regenerative network being created in miami by @leilacentner & @david_centner

organic food from the farm serves the students of the @centneracademy & will be served @regener8cafe in wynwood!

stay tuned for much more from Miami! 🍊🐊 taken in Miami, Florida by @regen.tribe

Some of the best time spent in communtiy & connecting to the earth is through creating our food forests!

Gardening improves physical health, mental well-being, and the environment through active outdoor engagement.

Physical Health BenefitsFull-body workout:
Digging, weeding, and lifting build strength and flexibility.
Vitamin D boost: Safe sun exposure increases vitamin D for bone and immune health.

Better nutrition: Growing your own fruits and vegetables provides fresh, nutrient-rich food.

Heart health: Regular garden tasks help lower blood pressure and reduce disease risks.Mental and Emotional BenefitsStress reduction:

Working with soil and plants lowers cortisol and anxiety levels.

Mood enhancement: Tending a garden increases dopamine, happiness, and self-esteem.Mental rest: Nature helps the brain recover from urban fatigue and constant screen time.

Environmental and Community ImpactSupports pollinators: Gardens provide vital habitats for bees, butterflies, and birds.

Reduces carbon footprint: Growing local food cuts down on transport emissions.

Brings people together: Community and family gardens build social connections across generations. by @regen.tribe
