Most agency owners spend their days running the business, with little time to take a step back and work on it.

That’s the purpose of our Agency Profit & Growth (APG) workshop. Over two days, business owners examined where their profit is generated and where it can be improved, enabling more informed financial decisions. They focused on building high-performing teams that operate effectively without constant oversight, and on translating long-term goals into plans they can execute.

Attendees also explored how to grow revenue and build lasting wealth, and how a strong customer and employee experience supports retention on both sides.
