Most agency owners spend their days running the business, with little time to take a step back and work on it.

That’s the purpose of our Agency Profit & Growth (APG) workshop. Over two days, business owners examined where their profit is generated and where it can be improved, enabling more informed financial decisions. They focused on building high-performing teams that operate effectively without constant oversight, and on translating long-term goals into plans they can execute.

Attendees also explored how to grow revenue and build lasting wealth, and how a strong customer and employee experience supports retention on both sides.

Every owner walked away with a clearer path to a stronger, more sustainable agency, and a network behind them that’s invested in their success. That’s what we mean when we say we’ll look after you.

Thank you to Kylie Walsh for leading the workshop, and to everyone who joined us and shared their insights.

Today reminded me why I love what I do. A room full of leaders genuinely leaning in — sharing ideas, challenging thinking, having the kind of conversations that actually matter and wanting to find ways to move the needle in their businesses. Days like this only happen because people choose to show up and get out of their comfort zone.

Spending time on the Gold Coast last week at a Kylie Walsh study tour!

I always value opportunities like this. Time out of the day-to-day to learn, listen, ask questions and be in a room with other business owners and industry professionals who are working through similar challenges.

In a changing market, staying connected to the right people makes a huge difference.

There are always new things to think about. How we communicate with clients, how we keep them informed, how we support our teams through busier or more stressful seasons and how we continue to improve the way we run the business behind the scenes.

Working with people you trust, including coaches and mentors, is something I have always found valuable. It gives you space to step back, look at things with fresh eyes, welcome new perspectives and make sure you are still leading with clarity.

No matter how long you have been in business, there is always something to learn and new ways to look at things. Grateful for days like this and the conversations that come from them.

This morning we welcomed @kyliewalsh2017 from @regrowth_consultancy and 40 real estate leaders to Coastal for a morning of leadership, growth and shared ideas.

A privilege to share the COASTAL° story, our journey and the lessons learnt along the way. We’re always grateful for the chance to connect and learn from people building great businesses and even better teams.

Thank you Kylie for bringing such an inspiring group together.
