@stonebwoy made history this weekend, the first Ghanaian artist ever to fill Wembley Arena. 🇬🇭

I couldn’t be prouder of my big brother. It was an honour and a privilege to witness this incredible moment and play a small part with a special backstage edition of Reign Drops. 👑💧

They say you can tell a lot about someone by the people they surround themselves with, and Stonebwoy is surrounded by greatness. Big love to his incredible wife, Dr Louisa, @drlouisa_s and the entire BHIM camp @chief.stylz @streetbeatzofficial . Everyone I’ve met has shown me nothing but love, and I have so much respect for you all.

Good things must happen to good people. Here’s to even greater heights, bigger stages and all the success you deserve.

Onwards and upwards, 1GAD! 🌍🚀

In a recent interview with Reign, Asamoah admitted that playing for Ghana meant more to him than playing for any club.

Some things you just do for the country. ❤️👏 by @reignrum

“I have to die for my nation.” @asamoah_gyaan3
Last week, Ghana made history. With victory in our opening 2026 FIFA World Cup match, the Black Stars became the joint most successful African nation in World Cup history by match victories, sharing that distinction with our sisters adn brother in Nigeria. Two nations connected by so much, from jollof rice debates and pidgin English to a rich history, culture, and an enduring belief in African excellence.

But records are never built overnight. They are built on years of hard work, sacrifice, resilience, and belief. In this clip, Asamoah Gyan reflects on one of the toughest periods of his career. Playing through injury. Facing criticism. Putting country before personal opportunity. Continuing when few understood the cost.

While the world saw a footballer on the pitch, few understood the physical pain, the difficult decisions, and the personal sacrifices behind the scenes. A reminder that behind every great achievement, lies a level of sacrifice the world never see.

Reign just made The Guardian’s 10 best rums list. 🥂💜
But what we love most is that this is not just a list, it’s a piece that helps shift the narrative. It centres independent brands, cultural builders, and category leaders who are pushing rum forward with craft, clarity, and honesty about history.

Proud to see Reign Baobab & Hibiscus, our bold, floral “purple” pour, recognised in that context. Read the feature, and taste what all the fuss is about.

On 26 March in London, the launch of BESLA Abroad @besla_inc marked more than a moment. It marked a statement.

For nearly five decades, BESLA has stood at the forefront of Black excellence in entertainment, sport and law in the United States. Its arrival in London signalled the beginning of a global chapter, rooted in legacy, shaped by vision, and driven by the belief that our stories, our influence and our ownership must travel as far as our talent has always reached.

What filled the room was rare: power, perspective and purpose in equal measure. Leaders across sport, entertainment, law and business gathered not simply to celebrate progress, but to confront the deeper questions of culture, ownership and the future being built across continents by the African diaspora.

Honouring those who helped make the evening unforgettable: @laurence_fishburne @lordsimonwoolley @darrenlewis5
@premiersportstalent @balancesportsleaders
@maheta.molango msbennybonsu @memphmeeks @amma_empowered
Kwaku A. Mensah, @iamthatreporterjd @timarmoo @leomieanderson @cebocampbell Joseph West and Darryl Thompson.

The significance of BESLA in London goes beyond one event. It speaks to a bigger truth: when Black excellence is organised, connected and intentional, it does not just participate in the future. It builds it.

And this is only the beginning…. taken in Black Excellence by @reignrum
