“Africa must unite.” - Kwame Nkrumah Today isn’t just a day to remember that. It’s a day to keep building it. This week, I sat at the Diaspora Affairs Town Hall at Historic Chritianborg Osu castle in Ghana with majority American Negroes- The Historic Diaspora - residing in Ghana at one table, still committed to the future Nkrumah saw before sown of us were born and many lived through it. Shouts out to @simply_kod and the entire @diasporaaffairsghanaofficial team for pulling this together. We haven’t arrived. We’re still building. On Nkrumah Day, that’s the best tribute I know how to give. Schedule a few call with me even if just to explore interest. A DECADE OF IMPACT ✨ A landmark evening celebrating ten years of vision, connection and impact. On 3 September 2026, we officially launched the 10th anniversary edition of the Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo at the Ghana High Commission in London. Graciously hosted by Her Excellency Mrs Sabah Zita Benson, Ghana’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, the evening brought together distinguished guests, government representatives, industry leaders, partners and supporters who have shared in our journey. We were delighted to welcome Mrs Diana Afriyie Addo, Head of Trade and Investment; Bell Ribeiro-Addy MP; and many notable guests from across the property, investment, business and diaspora communities. What began as a vision to connect the diaspora with trusted opportunities in Ghana has grown into an international platform bridging continents and building futures. Ten years later, our purpose remains clear: to create meaningful connections, promote credible investment opportunities and strengthen engagement between Ghana and the global diaspora. Our sincere gratitude to Her Excellency and the entire Ghana High Commission team for their warm welcome and invaluable support. Special thanks to our launch partners and sponsors, @cliftonghana, @reignrum and Amandla Wine, and to everyone who helped make this milestone celebration so memorable. This is more than an anniversary. It is a celebration of the journey so far and the beginning of an exciting new chapter. @stonebwoy made history this weekend, the first Ghanaian artist ever to fill Wembley Arena. 🇬🇭 I couldn’t be prouder of my big brother. It was an honour and a privilege to witness this incredible moment and play a small part with a special backstage edition of Reign Drops. 👑💧 They say you can tell a lot about someone by the people they surround themselves with, and Stonebwoy is surrounded by greatness. Big love to his incredible wife, Dr Louisa, @drlouisa_s and the entire BHIM camp @chief.stylz @streetbeatzofficial . Everyone I’ve met has shown me nothing but love, and I have so much respect for you all. Good things must happen to good people. Here’s to even greater heights, bigger stages and all the success you deserve. Onwards and upwards, 1GAD! 🌍🚀 #ReignDrops #Stonebwoy #BHIM #WembleyArena #GhanaToTheWorld

Ms. Lauryn Hill crowned Little Simz "Lil 'Lauryn in her Prime' Simz, on an inscribed bottle of rum. The high praise comes following the two linked up at Hill's Inaugural Diaspora Calling! Festival over the weekend. Simz may have spoke the moment into existence on her 2020 track "might bang, might not:" "You ain't seen no one like me since Lauryn Hill back in the '90s."

In a recent interview with Reign, Asamoah admitted that playing for Ghana meant more to him than playing for any club. Some things you just do for the country. ❤️👏
