we are devastated to share that our momma, annie, passed away this morning following a long battle with addiction-related health complications. she was so much more than the disease she bravely fought.

she was funny, quick-witted, and one of the strongest people we knew. we will always be missing a part of ourselves now. we pray that she has finally found the peace she searched for in life within heaven.

momma, you taught us how to find strength in darkness, seek the best out of everyone, and to create joy in every moment. we cannot express how much we will miss you.

addiction is survivable. recovery is one of the hardest things a person can choose. those who love you want you to recover. by @reillyvail

officially @cuboulderalumni !

the last three years have been so incredibly special to me. between interning at the state, local, and federal level, being involved in multiple student orgs (special s/o to @akpsiboulder), and learning how to overcome difficulties in life, i have grown into someone my teenage self wanted to be 💛

forever grateful @teejster02 forced me to tour CU as a transfer student; it led me to the best place, people, and university 🦬🦬
