We opened our analytics this week and spent more time looking at user behaviour than the actual traffic numbers.

Over the last 30 days, Semis recorded 8,515 pageviews, 688 unique users, and 1,266 sessions from 15 countries.

The average session was about 6.7 pages.

Those numbers are encouraging, but one number caught my attention more than the others:

🎯 That's almost as many as the 288 unique users who reached Signup.

We are still early, so I'm careful about calling that product-market fit or turning every number into a celebration.

But it tells us something. People aren't only looking at Semis. Some are trying to bring other people into it.

And that's important because Semis is organisational software. The real value isn't one person using it alone. It comes when HR, L&D, managers, trainers, and employees can work within the same system.

We also saw 100 unique users access our courses feature, with 394 course-related pageviews.

That is another signal I'm watching closely.

When we started, we were thinking deeply about Training Needs Analysis because we kept seeing organisations trying to identify employee skill gaps through spreadsheets, surveys, and manager submissions.

Then we realised something obvious:

Finding the gap is only half the problem.

You still need to do something about it.

+You need learning.
+You need courses.
+You need learning paths.
+You need progress tracking.
+You need employee development.

And eventually, you need to understand whether all that learning is actually helping.

That's why Semis has evolved into what we're building today: AI-powered TNA + Growth LMS + employee development + knowledge retention.

The other thing I noticed?

🎯Nigeria gave us 402 users.
🎯The US gave us 173.

And we had users from 15 countries in total.

For a product being built from Nigeria, that's a signal we don't want to ignore.

There is still a lot to fix.
